2022 Cross Country (Junior):  Placed fourth at the Little Rock Invitational recording a time of 16:05.8 over the 5K course ... Recorded a career-best 14:49.6 over the 5K course for a fifth place finish at the UCA XC Invitational ... Placed 19th at the Texas A&M Invitational recording a time of 25:11.0 for the 8K course ... Top Trojan finisher at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Invitational placing 43rd with a time of 24:44.2 for the 8K course ... Top Trojan finisher at the Weis Crockett Invitational placing 94th for the 8K in 25:04.7 ... Placed 21st at the OVC Championships in 26:12.4 for the 8K course.

2021 Cross Country (Sophomore): A third team all-conference honoree that ran in all six meets, posting a career-best 8K time of 24:21.2, marking the third-fastest performance in school history and recording two wins ... Was the Sun Belt Runner of the Week - Little Rock’s first in four years - as he ran the third-fastest time in school history at the Texas A&M Invitational (9/25), placing 14th with an 8K time of 24:21.2 ... Won the race at the UCA XC Challenge (9/11) as he ran a personal best 5K time of 15:22.0 ... Also won the Little Rock Open (10/29), pacing the field at 25:21.8 ... Finished 11th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (10/29) with a time of 25:03.7, garnering third team all-conference honors ... Placed 95th at the NCAA South Central Regional (11/12) with a 10K time of 33:46.7.

2021 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in three events across six meets with top times of 4:00.29 in the 1,500m, 14:46.92 in the 5K and 31:43.96 in the 10K ... Finished the year with the 10th-fastest 10K time in the Sun Belt on the season while that mark ranks ninth in school history ... Was the runner-up in the 10K in his first collegiate outdoor meet, running 31:43.96 at the Richard Martin, Jr. Invitational (3/19-20) and earning Sun Belt Track Athlete of the Week honors for his accomplishments ... Also finished as the runner-up at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (3/27), running the 1,500m in 4:01.64 ... Set a new facility record as he won the 5K at the Little Rock Open (4/10) with a time of 14:59.64 ... Ran a new personal-best 1,500m time by clocking 4:00.29 to finish fifth at the Red Wolves Open (4/16-17) ... Posted the ninth-best 5K time in school history as he finished eighth at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/24-25) with a time of 14:46.92 ... Ran the 5K in 14:50.15 to finish eighth at the Sun Belt Championships (5/13-15).

2020-21 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three events across four meets ... Ran season-best times of 4:32.01 in the mile, 8:42.99 in the 3K and 15:03.69 in the 5K with his 5K top time ranking fifth in the Sun Belt ... Began his collegiate indoor track career at the Arkansas Invitational (1/16) where he placed seventh in the mile with a time of 4:32.01 while running the 3K in 8:56.59 to place 13th ... Finished third in the 3K at the Scarlet & Black Invitational with a time of 8:59.14 ... Placed third in the 5K at the Jaguar Invitational (2/7) with a time of 15:27.97 ... Scored twice in his first conference championship meet as he ran 15:03.69 in the 5K to finish fifth at the Sun Belt Championships (2/22-23) while also finishing seventh in the 3K with a time of 8:42.99.
 
2020 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in four meets, leading Little Rock in three of them and posting a top 8K time of 26:01.0 ... Opened the year at the UCA Open (9/12) where he finished eighth with a 5K time of 16:04.8, leading the Trojans ... Also was the top finisher for Little Rock at the UTA Invitational (9/25), running the four mile race in 20:51.2 to finish fifth ... Was the runner-up and top Trojan runner at the Little Rock Open (10/17) with an 8K time of 26:01.0 ... Posted an 8K time  of 26:41.5 to finish 30th at the Sun Belt Championship (10/31).
 
High School: Lettered all four years in track and cross country … Led team to 2018 state cross country championship with a runner-up finish in 2019… Competed at the 2019 Nike National Cross Country Meet.
