2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season bests in the hammer at the Sun Belt Conference tournament with a throw of 146-05 (44.63), in the shot put at the Ole Miss Dual Meet with a throw of 30-00.75 (9.16), and in the discus at the TCU Invitational with a throw of 127-00 (38.71)...Recorded highest finish at the Arkansas State High Performance and Opportunity Meet with a third place finish in the discus with a throw of 123-3 (37.58).

 

2006 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded highest finish at the ASU Kickoff Klassic with a sixth place finish in the shot put with a distance of 40-7 (12.39)...Recorded greatest throw of 41-02.75 (12.59) for an eighth place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Meet...Competed at the Saluki Booster and placed 14^th with a throw of 39-10.50 (12.15).

 

2005 Outdoor Season:  Set the UALR record for the hammer with a throw of 48.86 meters at the Sun Belt Conference meet where she placed fourth...Placed 10th in the hammer at the Vanderbilt Track and Field Invitational with a throw of 43.03 meters and 23rd at the  Mississippi Invitational with a throw of 38.76 meters...Recorded her season finish in the shot put placing 5th a the Sun Belt Conference meet with a throw of 13.25 meters...Placed sixth in the shot put at Vanderbilt with a throw of 12.24 meters, eighth at the Tulsa Duels recording 12.05 meters, and 14th a the Mississippi Invitational with a throw of 11.91 meters...Finished ninth at the Sun Belt Conference meet in the discus recording 39.08 meters...Recorded a season best throw and finish in the discus at the Tulsa Duels finishing fifth with a throw of 40.67 meters...Competed in the discus at Vanderbilt where she finished 10th with a throw of 38.14 meters.

 

2004-05 Indoor Season: At the Sun Belt Conference Championships, finished seventh in the shot put with a distance of 42-11.75 and 14th in the weight throw at 41-10.75...At the season-opening ASU Kick-off Klassic, placed second in the shot put with a throw of 42-0.5 and sixth in the weight throw with a toss of 45-5...At the Saluki Booster Invitational, placed 10th in the shot with a throw of 39-11 and eighth in the shot put at 42-3.75.

 

2004 Outdoor Season: Recorded a hat trick with wins in the hammer (136-2), shot put (42-8) and discus (a UALR record 135-6) at Harding's Ted Lloyd Invitational...Named Sun Belt Conference Track Performer of the Week for her efforts...Opened the season at LSU's Tiger Relays by finishing seventh in the hammer (132-8), 10th in the shot put (42-2.75) and 21st in the discus (122-4)...Also won the shot put with a toss of 42-7 at the Ole Miss Invitational, where she finished third in the hammer with a mark of 131-0... Placed third in the shot put at the ULM Indian Classic with a throw of 43-7.25...At the Sun Belt Conference Championships, took fourth in the hammer (147-3, a UALR record) and seventh in the shot put (42-2.75)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for earning a grade point average between 3.5 and 4.0.

 

2003-04 Indoor Season: Placed eighth in the shot put with mark of 41-3 1/4 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships...Took second in the shot put at the Middle Tennessee Invitational with toss of 42-2...Throw of 38-9 3/4 placed her third in the shot at the Razorback Invitational...Threw that same mark and finished fifth at ASU Kickoff Klassic to open the season.

 

High School - Won the AAAAA state championship in the shotput in 2002 and in the discus in 2000 and '01...Also won state titles in the indoor shotput in 2000 and '01 as well...Has recorded the fourth-farthest discus throw in Arkansas history...Named to the Russellville High School Hall of Fame in 2002...Member of Who's Who Among American High School Students from 2000 to 2002, and the National Honor Society from 1999 to 2001.
