Accessible Seating:
Little Rock Athletics offers accessible seating throughout multiple sections of the Jack Stephens Center. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please contact the Little Rock Ticket Office at (501) 565-8257.

Age Requirements:
Children three and under receive free admission into all Little Rock home events. All children four and older must have a ticket. Children three and under that do not purchase a seat must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. 

Clear Bag Policy:
The Jack Stephens Center enforces a clear bag policy at all ticketed events. Backpacks, purses, etc. will not be allowed into the arena. Medical bags and diaper bags (must be a true diaper bag, not a backpack, etc.) are allowed, but must be checked upon entry. For more information, please visit our clear bag policy page.

Credentials
All credential requests must go through the athletics communications staff at least one day prior to competition. Please visit the staff directory to view which athletics communication staff member to contact. Credentials must be worn at all times during ticketed events.

Delivery Methods:
Four delivery methods are available for your tickets: 1) In-hand at the box office, 2) through the mail, 3) e-ticket via email, or 4) at will-call the day of the event.

Doors Open:
Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start of all Little Rock home events.

Exchanging Tickets:
If you'd like to exchange your tickets for a different section, you may do so at the Little Rock Box Office. Additional charges may be required, depending on the new seat location.

Expected Spectator Behavior:
Any person using a ticket agrees to act in an orderly manner that will not disrupt the event or enjoyment of others.

Flash Photography:
Flash photography is strictly prohibited inside the Jack Stephens Center.

Food and Beverage:
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the Jack Stephens Center.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed by contacting the Little Rock Ticket office at (501) 565-8257. Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination, can be mailed directly to the recipient as a gift, and can be used to pay for tickets to any Little Rock Athletics home event. All gift certificates are final, no refunds.

Lost or Damaged Tickets:
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets can be reprinted free of charge. If reprinted, the barcode on the original ticket will no longer be valid. Only the season ticket holder/account holder may request a reprint, and must provide a photo ID to do so.

Students:
UA Little Rock students receive free admission into all Little Rock home events, along with a voucher for a free drink and a hot dog/popcorn. Students must provide their student ID upon entry to receive their free ticket and voucher. 

Ticket Fees:
Fees apply to all orders that are made online, over the phone or at will-call.

Will-Call:
Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at the will-call window. Only the person identified may pick up the tickets.
