Biography

George Lee started in November of 1996 in the Trojan athletic department. As Chief Financial Officer, Lee’s responsibilities include overseeing the budget and finances of the department. Lee also oversees the day-to-day operations of the UALR athletic office. Before coming to UALR, Lee worked with Chamber Door Industries in Hot Springs, Ark., for one year. Prior to that, he spent 12 years as a supervisor with United Parcel Service.

A native of Hot Springs, Ark., Lee is a 1987 graduate of UALR with a BBA in business management. Lee and his wife Joni were married in June 1983 and have two children: Patrick and Paige. Joni Lee is Associate Vice Chancellor of University Advancement at UALR.
