Biography

 

Stan Tabor, who is in his fourth year as cheerleading coach at UALR, has more than 15 years experience as a National Cheerleaders Association instructor.

 

Tabor, a native of Malvern, Ark., was honored as NCA's top head instructor in 1997 and 2002 and won the Herkie Legacy Award in 2002 as well.

 

Tabor has been chosen to choreograph the halftime shows of the 2002 and 2003 Hula Bowl in Maui, Hawaii and the 2004 Orange Bowl in Miami.

 

Tabor was a varsity cheerleader for three years at Arkansas State University and earned both his Bachelor's of Fine Arts and Master's in Speech Communication/Theater Arts from ASU. He is currently pursuing an MFA in Acting from the University of Arkansas.
