Josh Krstulovich is in his first season with the Little Rock baseball program, serving as the Trojans' Director of Player Development.

Krstulovich comes to Little Rock from Williamsport, Pennsylvania, serving as a data operations coordinator for the MLB Draft League. Prior to that, he spend time as the director of social media for Prep Baseball Report Canada, as well as an instructor for the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Academy.

A native of Brampton, Ontario, Canada, Krstulovich was a pitcher for Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. He posted a 2.67 ERA in 2019, registering 24 strikeouts in 18.1 innings pitched. He earned his bachelor's degree in sport management.
