Tyler Sanders joined the Little Rock Athletics administration staff in June 2025 as the Director of Equipment Services after spending the last seven years working with the Little Rock Baseball program, most recently as its Director of Clubhouse Operations for the last two seasons.
 
In addition to his work with Little Rock Baseball, Tyler has also worked with the Arkansas Travelers organization as a clubhouse assistant, helping with a wide variety of tasks from dugout and bullpen setup and tear down to equipment and facility maintenance.
 
Tyler received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from UALR in 2023. He attended Carlisle High School in Carlisle, Ark. and currently resides in Little Rock.
