Vince Rinaldi joined the Little Rock Baseball program in October of 2018 as the Director of Baseball Operations & Data Analytics / Video Development Coordinator.
Rinaldi is tasked with leading the Trojans’ Baseball and Video Data Analytics program as well contributing a new level of insights to scouting, game-planning, and the overall progression of individual player development.
Prior to joining the Trojans, Rinaldi spent fall of 2017 as an Intern with gener8tor/gBeta, a start-up accelerator in Madison, WI. During the 2017 baseball Season he served as a Minor League Video Coordinator with the Detroit Tigers at their AA Affiliate, the Erie SeaWovles. Prior to the Tigers, Rinaldi spent the 2016 season with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim as a Video Coordinator with the 2016 Pioneer League Champions- the Orem Owlz.
Prior to his time with the Tigers & Angels, Rinaldi spent a summer as a Video Scout at Baseball Info Solutions- a company that is renowned within the baseball Industry for their forward thinking initiatives- including “the shift”. Prior to Baseball Info Solutions, Rinaldi spent time with other companies including: Sportvision, Spiderz Batting Gloves, STiKS Academy & Sports Training, the MS Society of Wisconsin (Volunteer)
Rinaldi is a Wisconsin native and a 2016 Graduate of Marian University located in Fond du Lac, WI where he graduated with a Business Administration & Sport & Recreation Management Double Major and Information Technology & Marketing Double Minor and Cum Laude Honors.
