2005 (As a Sophomore):  Pitched 15.0 innings over seven appearances as a sophomore ... Went a season-long 3.2 innings against Indiana (3/6) ... Recorded four strikeouts on the season, fanning two batters against Murray State (3/9) and South Alabama (4/15) ... Threw 1.1 scoreless innings of relief against Western Illinois (2/5) in his 2006 debut, for his first collegiate save.

2004 (As a Redshirt Freshman):  Had an outstanding freshman season, leading the pitching staff with a 1.64 earned run average...Issued just four base on balls on the season, the lowest number on the staff...Held opponents to a .220 batting average, the third lowest on the staff...Pitched a season-high 3.0 scoreless innings while fanning one at Kansas on March 12...Struck out a season-high two twice against Louisiana-Lafayette on April 17 and against Northwestern State on May 12...Pitched a scoreless inning in his collegiate debut against Creighton on March 10.

2003 (As a Freshman):  Sat out the season as a redshirt

High School:  Lettered in baseball and football at Woodland Park High School...Named All-State in football and Baseball as a senior...Named first-team all-area, first-team all-conference, named conference MVP in baseball and named Woodland Park High School Athlete of the Year as a senior...Semi-finalist for the Wendy's High School Heisman Award award for Colorado...Honorable mention all-conference in 1999...Won three letters in football...Named first-team all-area and first-team all-conference and named team MVP in 2000 and 2001...Earned an academic letter and named to the honor roll...Named Who's Who Among High School Students all four years of high school.
