2020 (Junior): Preseason All-Sun Belt selection at catcher ... Started all 17 games for the Trojans - 13 at the catcher position and four as a designated hitter ... Sun Belt Conference Hitter of the Week (Feb. 25) ... Batted .417 on the year, ranked second in the Sun Belt Conference ... Led the league with an .800 slugging percentage, ranking 11th nationally, and a .527 on base percentage ... Sun Belt leader in home runs with seven, ranking eighth nationally ... Ended the year on a 13-game hitting streak, registering multiple hits in six games ... Posted his best game of the season at Nicholls (Feb. 21), going 4-for-4 with a pair of home runs, four RBI and a pair of runs scored, hitting a two-run home run in the top of the 10th to help propel the Trojans to the win ... Went 2-for-3 the following night at Nicholls (Feb. 22) ... Finished 3-for-4 with an RBI in the win over Southern (Feb. 23), finishing the weekend tournament 9-for-12 with six RBI and four runs scored ... 2018 (Sophomore): Started all 56 games at catcher for the Trojans ... Ranked fourth on the team with a .273 batting average, a .415 slugging percentage and a .377 on base percentage ... Finished third on the team with 33 runs scored and 56 hits ... Led the team with 17 doubles on the year and drew 28 walks, also a team-high ... Registered 85 total bases, ranking third on the team ... Hit four home runs on the year ...  Notched 13 multi-hit games, including going 4-for-4 in the Sun Belt tournament game at Louisiana (May 23 and 24) with four RBI and four runs scored ... Went 4-for-5 against UT Arlington (Mar. 23) with a pair of doubles, driving in one and scoring once ... Registered three doubles against Northwestern State (Mar. 4), going 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored ... Drove in three runs against South Alabama (May 4), going 3-for-5 ... Threw out 16 stolen base attempts .. Named to the 2018 Johnny Bench Award watch list.

2017 (Freshman): Played in 39 games and made 30 starts... All but one start came behind the plate... Hit .214 for the season with 22 hits, 11 doubles and nine runs... Had a career-high three RBIs with a double, a run and a walk against Northwestern State (May 9)... Tallied a career-high two doubles with two RBIs and a run at Arkansas State (May 18)... Was a perfect 2 for 2 with a walk at ULM (March 25).

Calallen HS: Named to the Texas 5A First Team... Earned Texas Sports Writers Association 5A Second Team honors... Named to the 30-5A All-District First Team... Was a 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Texas Region Honorable Mention... Named a Wendy’s High School Heisman School Winner... Was a New Balance Game Changer Finalist... Played with Houston Heat Silver and Team Citrus in summer league action... Was a 30-5A All-District First Team tight end for the football team... Recipient of the America's Farmers Grow Ag Leaders Scholarship, the Calallen FFA Alumni Award Scholarhip and the Nueces County Junior Livestock Show Scholarship... Named a Caller-Times/Citgo South Texas Distinguished Scholar... Was the senior class president at Calallen.
