Played in 24 games with 22 starts before suffering a season-ending injury during the Louisiana-Lafayette series (April 29-May 1) ... Hit .305 over 82 at-bats, with six doubles, 11 RBI and one home run ... Had six multi-hit efforts on the year, with a pair of three-hit performances ... Went 3-for-5 with a season-high three RBI at UAPB on March 16 ... Enjoyed a 3-for-4 day at the plate against Arkansas State on March 20 ... Hit a pinch-hit home run at South Alabama on April 15 - the first of his UALR career ... Saw action in 13 conference games with 12 starts ... Hit .318 over 44 at-bats in league play ... Did not commit an error in 131 total chances, ending the year with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.

Prior to UALR: Earned All-State honorable mention accolades at Miami Dade College after batting .430 with eight home runs ... The Sharks were ranked No. 1 in the nation in preseason rankings ... Played for head coach Steve Hertz ... Transferred to UALR at mid-semester of the 2009-10 season.
