Bennett Pascoe joined Little Rock’s Team during the 2022 cross country season.
 
A 2022 graduate of Arkansas State University, Pascoe was a walk-on with the Red Wolves that became the most successful distance runner in school history, wrapping up his illustrious collegiate career leading his team to six team conference championships, winning nine individual Sun Belt Conference championships, qualifying for three NCAA Championships, earning All-America honors in 2021 and 2022 in the steeplechase and qualifying for the 2021 U.S. Olympic Trials and 2022 U.S. Championships. He remains the school record holder in the Steeplechase and as a member of the distance medley relay team.
 
Pascoe wrapped up his career in Jonesboro in 2021-22 as a team captain under the guidance of distance coach Jesse Duvall while graduating in 2022 with a degree in biotechnology and chemistry. He still is competing as a professional athlete with guidance from Duvall.
 
He journeyed to Arkansas State after a stellar prep career at Conway Christian High School, where he graduated in 2017. While there, he won state championships in the mile (twice), 800m, 3200m and in cross country.
 
Pascoe is married to his high school sweetheart, Kendra. The couple wed in 2021 and now reside in Conway, where Kendra is part of the University of Central Arkansas PT program.
