2018 Cross Country Season (Junior): Competed in all five events for Little Rock and was the Trojans' top finisher in the last three ... Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:10.40 at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 13), finishing 13th ... Little Rock's top finisher at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (Sept. 22), running a 27:01.30 and placing 146th ... Placed 51st at the Sun Belt Conference Championship with a time of 27:30.47 ... Opened the season with a four mile time of 22:45.55 at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic (Sept. 1) ... Finished 15th at the UCA Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 8), running the 5K course in 17:09.03.

2017 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Had a season-best finish of sixth with a time of 26.22.0 in the 8K at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 14)... Took ninth in the three-mile run at the UCA XC Open (Sept. 9) with a time of 15:11.9... Placed 29th in the four-mile run at the Brooks Memphis Twilight XC Classic (Sept. 2) with a time of 21:35.5... Took 41st in the 8K at the Sun Belt Championships (Oct. 28) with a time of 27:07.9... Placed 55th in the 10K at the Chile Pepper XC Festival (Sept. 30) with a time of 32.46.3.

2016 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Placed 47th at the Sun Belt Championship, crossing the finish line of the 8K course in 27:19.6...Came in 12th at the Little Rock Invitational with a time of 26:19.5 over eight kilometers...Picked up 88 points at the Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 26:20.17...Placed 18th overall and fourth among Trojan runners at the UCA Cross Country Challenge in 20:02.8...Came in 94th at the Memphis Twilight Invitational, opening the year with a time of 21:46.62.

Before Little Rock: Ran four years of track and cross country at Van Buren...Named All-State cross country in 2014 and 2015, named All-State in track in 2015 and 2016...Was the captain of his distance team as a senior.
