2023 (Junior at Charleston Southern): Started the season by winning the Buccaneer Invitational with a career-best time of 18:56.4....Achieved a personal best time of 25:51.4 in the 8K at the Upstate Invite , finishing 65th overall....Set another personal best time of 25:50.0 in the 8K at the Big South Championships, finishing 22nd

2022 (Sophomore at Charleston Southern): Ran a personal best time of 26:29.1 in the 8K at the Weis-Crockett Invitational....Achieved a personal best time of 18:58.8 in the 6K at the Adidas XC Challenge.

Track and Field
2023-24 (Junior at Charleston Southern): Competed in the 5K at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships, achieving a personal best time of 15:02.57 and finishing 5th overall....Helped the men's team secure second place overall with a team record of 136.5 points, their highest total at the championship meet....Achieved a podium finish in the 5K at the Big South Championships with a personal best time of 14:46.37, placing 3rd....Recorded a personal best time of 3:58.76 in the 1500m at the CSU Last Chance Meet.

2022-23 (Sophomore at Charleston Southern): Competed in the 3000m at multiple meets, achieving a personal best time of 8:28.60 at the USC Indoor Open, finishing 7th at the Big South Championships with a time of 8:34.77....Set a school record in the 3000m with a time of 8:32.19 at the Charleston Southern Invitational.

2021-22 (Freshman at Charleston Southern): Had a 2nd place finish in the 3K, clocking 9:02.81 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational....Ran the Mile in 4:29.29 at the South Carolina Invitational....Placed 9th in the 1500m with a time of 4:04.32 at the Gamecock Invitational....Set a personal best time of 4:25.99 in the Mile, finishing 9th at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational....Achieved a personal best time of 2:03.18 in the 800m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational....Finished 7th in the 1500m with a personal best time of 4:01.34 at the CSU Distance/Throws Carnival.
