Will Carter recently joined the Trojans in August 2025 as a Marketing and Communications Associate. 

Will was born and raised in the Little Rock area, and attended Tulane University where he earned his bachelor’s in marketing (‘22) and master’s degree in sports studies (‘24). Will started working at Tulane athletics as a marketing intern, and has continuously worked to find his first full-time position in sports. 

Previously, he worked as a Game Day Operations Intern for the Little Rock Rangers Soccer Club, and then as a Corporate Partnerships Intern at the University of Central Arkansas. 

Will is excited to utilize his skills to serve Trojan athletics and his hometown. Will currently resides in Little Rock.
