2022 Cross Country:  Placed fifth at the Little Rock Invitational recording a time of 16:07.9 over the 5K course ... Top Trojan finisher at the UCA XC Invitational with a personal-best time of 14:47.2 for the 5K and a fourth place finish ... Earned OVC Runner of the Week honors on September 13, 2022 after the UCA XC Invitational ... Placed 23rd at the Texas A&M Invitational with a time of 25:16.6 for the 8K course ... Placed 112th at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival in 25:24.3 for the 8K ... Placed 165th at the Weis Crockett Invitational recording a time of 25:44.9 for the 8K ... Earned second team All-OVC honors after placing 14th at the OVC Championship recording a time of 25:45.7 for the 8K ... Placed 105th at the NCAA South Central Regional recording a time of 33:54.8 for the 10K.

2021 Cross Country: Ran in five of six scheduled meets, posting a top 8K time of 24:37.4 - the ninth-fastest time in school history ... Won in his first race of the year as he ran the 5K Warhawk Invitational (9/3) in 15:52 ... Followed that up with a third-place finish in the UCA XC Challenge (9/11), running the 5K race in 15:29.4 ... Posted his top time of 24:37.4 at the Texas A&M Invitational (9/25) as he placed 23rd in College Station ... Finished 13th at the Little Rock Open (10/16) with an 8K time of 26:24.2 .... Placed 31st at the Sun Belt Championships (11/12) as he ran the 8K race in 26:33.7.

2021 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in two events across four meets, posting top times of 1:54.65 in the 800m and 4:13.18 in the 1,500m ... Ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that won at the Little Rock Open (4/10) with a time of 3:25.45 while also placing fifth in the 1,500m with a time of 4:13.18 ... Ran the 800m in 2:01.40 to place 17th at the Red Wolves Open (4/16-17) ... Finished 13th in the 800m at the Maroon & White Invitational (4/30-5/1) with a time of 1:58.73 ... Ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that finished sixth at the Sun Belt Championships (5/13-15) with a time of 3:19.14 while running the 800m in 1:54.65 to finish 14th.

2020-21 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three events across four meets ... Ran season-best times of 1:23.04 in the 600m, 1:55.84 in the 800m and 4:26.39 in the mile ... Opened his collegiate indoor career by running 1:23.04 in the 600m, a time that ranks third in school history ... Placed third in the 800m at the Scarlet & Black Invitational (1/31) with a time of 1:55.84 ... Ran the mile in 4:26.39 at the Jaguar Invitational (2/7) to finish 16th while placing 11th in the 800m with a time of 1:56.75 ...  Ran 1:57.74 to finish 12th in the 800m at the Sun Belt Championships (2/22-23).
 
2020 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in four meets, running a top 8K time of 26:30.4 ... Opened the year at the UCA Open (9/12) where he ran the 5K race in 16:44.1 to place 23rd ... Registered a 19th-place finish at the UTA Invitational (9/25), running the four mile race in 22:04.4 ... Finished fourth at the Little Rock Open (10/17) with an 8K time of 26:30.4 ... Led the Trojans as he ran 26:36.9 in the 8K race at the Sun Belt Championship (10/31) to finish 27th.
 
High School: A seven-time state qualifier and six-time league champion while lettering all four years in cross country and track and field … Finished fourth at the state championships in the 800m in 2019 while also finishing fourth in the 4x400m relay that year … Set the school record in the 5K and the 4x400m Relay … Graduated as the school’s Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA.
