2021 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in two events across five meets, posting top times of 1:57.72 in the 800m and 4:00.28 in the 1,500m ... Opened the outdoor season by running 4:15.76 to place 12th at the Richard Martin, Jr. Invitational (3/19-20) ... Finished sixth in the 1,500m at the Little Rock Open (4/10), running 4:13.62 ... Ran the 1,500m in 4:08.50 to place ninth at the Maroon & White Invitational (4/30-5/1) ... Placed 19th in the 1,500m at the Sun Belt Championships (5/13-15) with a time of 4:00.28 while running the 800m in 1:57.72 to place 26th.

2020-21 Indoor (Junior): Ran in the mile and the DMR in two meets ... His season-best mile time clocked 4:35.94 ... Made his first appearance of the indoor season at the Jaguar Invitational (2/7) where he finished 27th in the mile with a time of 4:35.94 ... Ran the opening leg of the distance medley relay that finished fifth at the Sun Belt Championships (2/22-23) with a time of 10:55.11.
 
2020 Cross Country (Junior): Competed in four meets with a top 8K time of 26:40.4 ... Opened the season at the 5K UCA Open (9/12) where he finished 14th with a time of 16:19.8 ... Finished 16th in the four mile race at the UTA Invitational (9/25), running 21:44.3 ... Also finished 14th at the Little Rock Open (10/17), running the 8K race in 27:37.6 ... Posted a season-best 8K time at the Sun Belt Championship (10/31), running 26:40.4 to finish 29th.
 
2020 Outdoor Season (Sophomore): Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in two events across five meets ... Ran a career-best mile time of 4:21.52 at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (2/24), finishing 11th ... Placed third in the mile at the Saluki Fast Start (12/7) with a time of 4:25.14 ... Set a career-best time of 1:59.24 in the 800m at the Pittsburg State Invitational (2/1), placing 45th.

2019 Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in all six meets, posting a new career-best 8K time of 26:05.9 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 5), placing 15^th … His highest finish came at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 19) where he was the runner-up after running 26:11.7 in the 8K race … Finished 37^th at the Sun Belt Championships (Nov. 2) with a time of 26:19.1 … Posted a 10K time of 33:00.2 at the NCAA South Central Regionals (Nov. 15), placing 104^th.

2019 Outdoor Season (Freshman): Set a personal-best in the 1,500 meters at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships (May 11), running a 4:08.39 and placing 23rd ... Finished 10th in the 1,500 meters at the Little Rock Open (Apr. 6) with a 4:15.44 ... Posted a 4:10.36 in the 1,500 meters at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (Apr. 27).

2019 Indoor Season (Freshman): Competed in five meets for the Trojans, primarily in the 3,000 meter run ... Set a PR of 9:19.38 at the Samford Open (Jan. 19), placing 12th ... Ran a 9:27.76 at the Vanderbilt Indoor Opener (Dec. 1) ... Placed fifth at the ASU Scarlet and Black Invitational (Feb. 8) with a time of 9:31.97 ... Competed in the mile at the ASU Invitational (Jan. 25) with a PR of 4:36.36.

2018 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Competed in all five events for Little Rock ... Posted a season-best 8K time at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 13), finishing 37th with a 26:53.80 ... Posted a 28:23.90 at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (Sept. 22) ... Ran a 28:59.55 at the Sun Belt Conference Championship (Oct. 27), placing 62nd ...
