2023 Outdoor (Junior): Gold medalist in the high jump at the OVC Championships (5/11-13) as he tied his own school record ... Winner of three competitions this season ... Opened the outdoor season with a pair of wins in the high jump, first by clearing 7-01/2 (2.15m) at the Victor Lopez Classic (3/23-25) and then by clearing 6-113/4 (2.13m) at the Little Rock Invitational (4/6-7) ... Won conference gold for the second consecutive year, albeit in different conferences, as he tied his own school record of 7-11/2 at the OVC Championships (5/11-13) ... Became the first Trojan to advance to the NCAA Championships since 2018 and the first in a field event ever to advance to the NCAA Championships as he finished tied for fourth in the high jump at the NCAA West Prelims (5/24-26), clearing 7-01/4 (2.14m) ...
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in the high jump across three meets, recording one win ... His best mark came as he won the Arkansas Invitational (1/13), clearing 6-11 (2.11m) and was recognized as the OVC Field Athlete of the Week for his efforts ... Placed ninth at the Tyson Invitational (2/11) as eh cleared 6-9.5 (2.07m).
2022 Outdoor (Sophomore): Sun Belt Champion that qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the high jump for the second consecutive year ... Set a new school record as he cleared 7-1.5 (2.17m) in the high jump ... Competed in five meets with a pair of wins, including at the Sun Belt Championships (5/12-14) ... His first outdoor appearance came at the Joe Walker Invitational (4/8-9) where he cleared 6-9 (2.06m) to finish as the runner-up ... Won the Little Rock Twilight (4/14-15) as a cleared 7-0.25 (2.14m) ... Won his first career conference championship as he cleared a school record-setting mark of 7-1.5 (2.17m) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (5/12-14) for a gold medal and first team all-conference honors ... Cleared 6-10.75 (2.10m) to finish tied for 23rd in the high jump at the NCAA West Prelims (5/25-27).
2021-22 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in the high jump in four meets on the season ... Posted a season-best mark of 6-9.75 (2.08m) as he placed fourth at the Sun Belt Championships (2/22) ... Also placed fourth when he cleared 6-6.75 (2.00m) at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/21).
2021 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in the high jump in five meets, posting a top mark of 7-1 (2.16m) as he became the first Trojan athlete to surpass the 7-foot threshold ... Finished the year with the third-best long jump mark in the Sun Belt and 37th-best mark in the nation ... Won the high jump and set a new school record in his first outdoor competition, clearing 6-11.5 (2.12m) to claim gold at the Miami Hurricanes Invitational (3/27) ... Became the first Little Rock jumper to clear the 7-food threshold outdoors as he won at the Little Rock Open (4/10) with a school- and facility-record jump of 7-1 (2.16m) ... Tied for fourth in the high jump at the Maroon & White Invitational (4/30-5/1) after clearing a height of 6-11 (2.11m) ... Cleared 6-9 (2.06m) to tie for 36th in the high jump at the NCAA West Prelims (5/26-29).
2020-21 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): A Second Team All-Sun Belt Conference performer whose top high jump mark of 7-1 (2.16m) set a new school record and ranked 17th in the nation and second in the Sun Belt ... Competed in the high jump in four meets, never finishing lower than second ... Set a new school record in his collegiate debut, clearing a height of 6-11.5 (2.12m) to win the high jump at the A-State Kickoff Classic (12/13) ... Cleared 6-10.75 (2.10m) to finish as the runner-up at the Arkansas Invitational (1/16) ... Became the first Trojan to ever surpass the seven-foot threshold, clearing 7-1 (2.16m) in the high jump at the Jaguar Invitational (2/7) to win the event ... Claimed all-conference honors by clearing 6-11.5 (2.12m) in the high jump to finish second at the Sun Belt Championships (2/22-23).
2020 Outdoor Season (Freshman): Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor (Freshman): Redshirted indoor season, did not compete.
Prior to Little Rock: Three-year
letterwinner at Little Rock Central … Four-time Arkansas state champion … 2019 indoor and outdoor state champion in the high jump … Posted a personal-best jump of 6' 9" which is ranked in the top-100 nationally … Holds a PR mark of 19' 8.75" in the long jump … Three-time all-state high jumper … Four-time all-conference selection … Also lettered three times in football, earning all-state honors.
