2024-25 Indoor Season (Junior): at the first indoor race, set PRs in the 60 (7.78) and 300 (40.67) at the Crimson and Gold Invitational…at indoor OVC championships placed 2nd in the 4x400m and 9th overall in the 60 (7.79)
2023-24 Indoor Season (Sophomore): Ran in four indoor meets before conference…Ran the 200, 400, and 4x400m at the OVC indoor championships, placed 18th in the 200 and 400
2022-23 Indoor Season (Freshman): Ran in the 60 and 200 in her first indoor Trojan meet (Arkansas Invitational), placed 20th overall in the 60 with a time of 8.01…ran the 200 at the OVC indoor championships and placed 19th with a 26.12 time
High School: Ran track and field all four years of high school…broke multiple school records and went regionals…ran with the Richmond Elite and Wings Track club
Personal: Daughter of Patrick Palmer and Tanya Turner…Runs with sister Takia Palmer…plans to be a physical therapist and is majoring in health promotion
