2015 Outdoor Season: Won the 5K title at the UCA Relays (March 20) with a time of 15:33.70...Took first place in the 5K at the UALR Open (April 11) by crossing the finish line in 15:43.92...At the UCA Open (April 19), took second place in the 10K with a time of 32:26.81...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Honor Roll for achieving a GPA between 3.0 and 3.49 during the 2014-15 academic year.

2014-15 Indoor Season: Ran fifth in the 3K in 8:59.09 at the A-State Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 8)...Finished fifth in the 5K at the A-State Invite (Jan. 31)...Ran the 5K at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23), placing 19th in 15:32.94.

2014 Cross Country Season: Took 101st at the NCAA South Central Regional (Nov. 14), finishing the 10K course in 32:16.5...Was the second Trojan to complete the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 2) 8K course, taking 23rd overall in 25:48.4...Placed second overall at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18) thanks to a 24:54.87 in the 8K course, 10 seconds better than his previous best and good for 12th all-time at Little Rock...Named Sun Belt Runner of the Week (Oct. 1) for his second-place finish at the Rhodes Invitational in 25:13.40...Opened the year with a fourth-place finish at the Memphis Twilight Invitational (Aug. 31), running the four-mile course in 20:15.70.

2014 Outdoor Season: Finished his first year with a fourth-place finish in the 10K at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (May 9), running 31:45.10...Also scored for the Trojans in the 5K at that meet, taking eighth place in 15:23.21...Had a tremendous start to his Little Rock outdoor career, winning the 10K at the Rhodes Open (March 15) in 31:02.29, the fourth-best time in Trojan history...Ran third in the 5K at the UALR Open (April 12), crossing the finish line in 15:23.14...In the 10K at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 17), ran 31:43.34 to place 23rd in a deep field...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2013-14 Indoor Season: Placed second in his first ever Little Rock track meet, finshing the 3K in 8:43.75 at the Arkansas State Kickoff (Dec. 2)...Ran 14th in the 3K at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 24)...Part of Little Rock's fifth-place DMR team at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 24)...Placed 48th in the 3K at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 8)...Took 12th in the Sun Belt Championship in the 5K, coming in at 15:13.92 (Feb. 26).

2013 Cross Country Season: Won his first ever Division 1-level cross country race at the Gerald Richey Invite (Sep. 14), finishing eight seconds ahead of his closest competition to help the Trojans win the meet as a team...Named the Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week for his efforts at the Gerald Richey Invite...Finished 82nd at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 5), placing third among Little Rock runners...Was the second Little Rock harrier across the finish line at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 19), helping the team to three dual-meet wins.

Before Little Rock: Was the 2013 National Junior College Athletic Association national champion in the outdoor 5K...Ran the race in 15:12.68 to beat the second-place runner by nearly 10 full seconds...Finished fourth at the NJCAA Cross Country national championship in 2012...Was a four-time Junior College All-American in his only year with Cloud County Junior College, claiming honors in the cross country season, the indoor 5K, the outdoor 5K and the half marathon...Holds personal records of 8:42 in the 3K, 14:54 in the 5K and 30:54 in the 10K...Also has a personal best of 67:15 in the half marathon, which is not run at the NCAA level.
