2017-18 Indoor Season: Had a season-best time of 4:32.14 in the mile at the Sun Belt Championships (Feb. 19-20)... Placed 12th in the 3,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 8:44.75.

2017 Cross Country Season: Named an NCAA All-Region performer after finishing 13th at the NCAA South Central Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 10) with a time of 30:19.5... Finished fourth in the 8K at the Sun Belt Championships (Oct. 28) with a time of 25:17... Won the Little Rock Invitational's 8K (Oct. 14) for the third consecutive year with a time of 24:20.6... Finished 12th at the Chile Pepper XC Festival 10K (Sept. 30) with a time of 30:49.6... Won the UCA XC Open three-mile run (Sept. 9) with a time of 14:21.1... Took ninth in the four mile at the Brooks Memphis Twilight XC Classic (Sept. 2) with a time of 20:37.7.

2017 Outdoor Season: At the Sun Belt Championship (May 12-14), scored in three different events...Placed fourth in the 3K steeplechase in 9:33.45, fourth in the 10K in 31:01.05 and fifth in the 5K in 15:11.61, putting up 14 total points for Little Rock...At the Memphis Invitational (April 28), came in second in the 3K steeplechase in 9:31.55...At the ASU Red Wolf Open (April 21), won the 3K in 8:52.79...Won the 5K at the Little Rock Open (April 7) in 15:02.41...Began his year at the UCA Opener in the 5K, placing second in 15:18.91.

2016-17 Indoor Season: Came in third at the ASU Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 2) with a time of 8:47.60 in the 3K.

2016 Cross Country Season: Named NCAA South Central All-Regional following his 18th-place performance at the South Central Regional...Was the top Trojan finisher in every race...Finished the 10K course in 31:05.2...Was the Trojans' top finisher at the Sun Belt Championship, coming in 17th in 25:49.5...Won the Little Rock Invitational for the second straight year, completing the 8K course in 25:08.8...Was the Trojans' top finisher at the Chile Pepper Festival, scoring 55 points in a time of 25:32.8...Took second place overall at the UCA Cross Country Challenge with a 6K time of 18:44.3...Began the year by leading the Trojans at the Memphis Twilight Invitational with a time of 20:41.85.

2016 Outdoor Season: At the Sun Belt Championship (May 13), scored in three different events, taking eighth in the 10K, seventh in the 5K and fifth in the steeplechase...His steeplechase time of 9:19.16 is the sixth-fastest time in school history...At the Rhodes Invitational (March 18), came in second in the 5K with a time of 15:00.16...Also ran the mile in fifth place with a time of 4:24.25 at that meet...At the Louisiana Classic (March 25), came in second place in the 1500 and the 5K, running the 1500 in 4:00.47 and the 5K in 15:20.52...At the Little Rock Invitational (April 8), won the 1500 with a time of 4:02.51...Came in 10th place at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14) in the 10K with a time of 30:40.02 for the fourth-best time in school history...Ran the steeplechase in 9:30.69 at the Memphis Invitational (April 29) for third place.

2015-16 Indoor Season: Ran a season-best 8:39.46 in the 3K at the ASU Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 6), taking third place in that race...Ran a season-best 15:01.43 in the 5K at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 22), coming in eighth place in the league...Also helped the Little Rock DMR team to a fifth-place finish in that meet in 10:18.01....Ran the 5K at the ASU Invitational (Jan. 22) in 15:12.92 for fourth place; also ran it in 15:18.70 at the Jaguar Invite (Feb. 7)...At the Jaguar Invite, finished the mile in 4:19.29.

2015 Cross Country Season: Broke the Little Rock school record in the 8K and now holds the second spot in Little Rock history in the 10K...Raced at the national championship meet, becoming just the third Trojan and second Trojan man ever to race for a national title...Won two Sun Belt Runner of the Week Awards...Placed 212th at the NCAA Championship (Nov. 21), running the 10K race in 32:16...Placed ninth at the NCAA South Central Regional, earning the final individual qualification spot for the NCAA Championship with a time of 30:17.1 that is the second-fastest 10K in school history...Took seventh place at the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 1), earning all-league second team honors...Broke the school 8K record with a time of 17:06.0 at the Rebsamen Golf Course during the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 17)...Won the Little Rock Invitational as an individual...Earlier broke the school 8K record with a time of 17:14.78 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 3)...Took second place in his first-ever race as a Trojan with a time of 25:33 at the Lois Davis Invitational (Sept. 11)

Before Little Rock: Ran most recently at Texas Wesleyan University, earning cross country team MVP honors and his Coach's Award for the track and field season...Also earned the 3D Award for Determination, Desire and Dedication...At Iowa Central, helped the team to the NJCAA National Championship in 2013-14...Also posted a 4.0 grade point average during his first semester in Iowa.
