2007-08 (As a Junior): Appeared in 28 games with 23 starts in his first season at UALR, averaging a team-high 29.2 minutes per game ... His 23 starts were more than any other player on the team ... At Ole Miss: Played in all 61 games for the Rebels during his two years in Oxford, averaging 4.0 points and 1.7 rebounds per game ... Averaged 5.1 points per game as a freshman in 2004-05, and ranked second on the team with 36 made three pointers ... Scored a career-high 19 points against Tennessee Tech as a freshman, going 5-of-8 from downtown ... Made 11 of his 15 starts at Ole Miss as a sophomore, scoring a season-high nine points against Nichols State ... Notched a career-high three blocks at New Mexico as a sophomore.
At Altheimer High School: A two-time Arkansas Democrat-Gazette All-Arkansas selection at Altheimer, as well as the 2004 Southeast Arkansas Player of the Year ... Led the Red Devils to back-to-back 2A state titles as a junior and senior, earning state tournament most valuable player honors both years ... Altheimer went a combined 63-3 during its two title runs, with Patterson averaging 24.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 4.3 blocks per game as a senior en route to earning First Team All-State honors ...
