Lawrance Triplett is a second year Men's basketball graduate assistant coach under Coach Darrell Walker. This is his first time coaching college basketball after spending 4 and a half years playing internationally in Australia, Mexico, and Brazil. Triplett was the leading scorer of his league in Australia and one of the highest scorers by game in the entire country of Australia. He finished second in MVP voting and was selected as an All-Star. In Mexico he was a leading scorer in his region and a top 5 scorer in the Ciba-Pac league while also being voted an All-Star. Following Mexico, Triplett moved on to play in Brazil's NBB.

Triplett played 2 years at and graduated with his Bachelors in Business Administration Marketing from Clark Atlanta University under then head coach Darrell Walker. There he won a conference championship (2016-17), was awarded team MVP (2016-17), and given the Iron Panther award among all sports at CAU (2016-17).

Before arriving at Clark Atlanta Triplett received his associate degree from Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC). There in 2014-15 Triplett was named First Team All State by the Georgia Basketball Coaches Association (GABCA), Second Team All Conference by the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA), was awarded team MVP, and received the IMPACT award for Student Athlete of the year.
