Tyler Milchman joined Little Rock Athletics in August of 2023 as the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations.
 
In his current role, Milchman assists with the day-to-day operations of the men’s basketball program. He is also responsible for the coordination of travel, analyzing film and data, handling team-issued merchandise, and monitoring the student-athletes' academic progress.
 
Prior to Little Rock, Milchman spent five years with the West Virginia University Men’s Basketball Team where he served as the head student-manager and graduate assistant. WVU made two NCAA tournament appearances during his time on the staff. He also assisted with the development of seven All-Big 12 conference players.
 
Milchman graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2021, followed by master's degrees in Sport Management and Athletic Coaching in 2023.
