2006 Indoor Track Season: Recorded personal best of 15:24.76 in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic ranking him eighth in UALR Indoor Track Records and seventh in the SBC...At the ASU Kickoff Klassic, finished tenth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:15.56...Finished seventh in a time of 9:18.02 in the 3,000 meters at the Saluki Booster...At the Sun Belt Conference Meet, placed ninth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:30.49...At the same meet, teamed with Courtney Green, Ryan Garvin, and Jeremy Greenwood for the Distance Medley Relay placing sixth in a time of 10:33.01 and ranking seventh in UALR Indoor Track Records.
2005 Cross Country Season: Recorded fastest time in the 8K at the Sun Belt Conference Championships finishing 34th with a time of 27:21.04 and helping his team to a fifth place finish...Recorded highest finish at the UALR Open with a 24th place finish in 27:54.02 helping his team to a first place finish...Competed in the Memphis Twilight Cross Country Classic finishing with a time of 21:34.11 over four miles and at the NCAA Division I South Central Regional finishing with a time of 36:01.45.
2005 Outdoor Season: Posted season best at the Sun Belt Conference meet in the 3000-meter steeplechase in a time of 9:38.45 finishing fifth...Recorded best finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Sun Belt Conference meet and a the Mississippi Invitational finishing fifth in a time of 9:57.85...Finished 10th at the Sun Belt Conference meet in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:37.61...Competed in the 800 meters at the Vanderbilt Track and Field Invitational finishing 34th in a time of 2:08.46...Placed 8th in the 1500 meters in a time of 4:12.14 at the Indian Classic.
2004-05 Indoor Season: At the Sun Belt Conference Championships, finished 10th in the mile in 4:31.27...At the Saluki Booster Invitational, placed 10th in the mile in 4:35.55...Placed fifth in the mile at the season-opening ASU Kick-off Klassic with a time of 4:41.53.
2004 Cross Country Season: Finished in 19th place at the 5,000-meter UALR Open with a time of 28:16...Finished 29th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 27:56.8 over the 8,000-meter course...Placed 47th in the Saluki Invitational 8K in 27:28...Notched a time of 23:26 at the 4-mile Memphis Twilight Classic to open the season.
2004 Outdoor Season: Began the season at LSU's Tiger Relays with seventh-place showing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with time of 10:18.14...Also placed 28th in the 1,500 meters with mark of 4:14.89...Placed eighth in the 1,500 at the Ole Miss Invitational in 4;13.66...At the ULM Indian Classic, was third in the 3,000 steeplechase in 10:28.00.
2003-04 Indoor Season: Member of distance medley relay team -- with Brock Peterson, Chris Johnson and Doug Trantham -- that finished sixth at Sun Belt Conference Championships with time of 10:43.97...At Middle Tennessee Invitational. placed fifth in the 3,000 meters with time of Open the season.
2003 Cross Country Season: Placed 95th in team scoring and 108th overall at the NCAA South Central Regional 10K with time of 35:14 as team finished 12th...Finished 21st at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in 28:19.68 and helped Trojans to second-place showing and trip to NCAA South Central Regional...In first race of the season, placed 44th at the Saluki Invitational 8K with mark of 29:22.37.
2003 Outdoor Season: Placed 10th in the 10,000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in Denton, Texas, with a time of 35:40.96...Recorded season best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:11.31...Had season bests of 2:02.54 for 800 meters and 4:05.89 for 1500 meters.
2002-2003 Indoor Season: Ran a personal best for 3000 meters with a 9:08.25 at the Iowa State Invitational...Took 12th in the 400 meters at the ASU Kick-Off Klassic in of 55.97.
