Two-time 2025 Outdoor OVC Conference Champion - 4x100, 4x400

2025 Outdoor Season (Junior): Placed top ten in the 100 (12.13), 200 (25.00), and 4x100m (46.51) at the Ole Miss Classic…Placed 4th in the 200 and set a PR with a time of 24.3, and also placed 7th in the 100 and set a PR with a time of 11.94 at the Little Rock Invitational…helped the team to a first place finish in the 4x100m at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic, as well as placing 5th in the 400 and set a PR of 57.13…helped the team finish first in the outdoor OVC championships in the 4x100m and 4x400m

2024 Outdoor Season (Sophomore): Placed top ten in the Bison Open in the 100 and 200, set a PR in the 100 with a time of 12.24…helped the team finish second in the 4x400m at the Little Rock Invitational with a time of 3:56.11, as well as, placed 9th in the 100 with a time and PR of 12.20…helped the team finish 3rd overall at the outdoor OVC championships

2023 Outdoor Season (Freshman): finished 3rd in the 100 and 7th in the 200 in her first outdoor meet (Richard Martin Invitational)...ran the 200 and 400 at the Little Rock Invitational, placed 8th in the 200…placed 4th at the Memphis Tiger Invitational with a time of 12.43 in the 100…at the OVC outdoor championships, ran the 400 and 4x400m and placed 5th as a team in the relay

High School: Ran track and field all four years of high school…broke multiple school records and went regionals…ran with the Richmond Elite and Wings Track club
 
Personal: Daughter of Patrick Palmer and Tanya Turner…Runs with sister Takia Palmer…plans to be a physical therapist and is majoring in health promotion
