2023-24(Junior): Recorded season best times in the 100 butterfly and 200 IM at the Missouri Valley Championships…. Swam a season best time in the 200 butterfly at the House of Champions Invitational…. Named to MVC Scholar Athlete Team.


2022-23 (Sophomore): Raced in the 200 butterfly, 200 IM and 400 IM at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, securing season-best times in both individual medleys.... Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.... Competed in the C final of the 200 fly at the Kansas Classic.... Recorded a personal best time in the 50 free at a dual versus Henderson State.

2021-22 (Freshman): Won the C final of the 400 IM at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a lifetime best time, touching the wall at 4:36.03…. Also finished 21nd in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:10.08 and 32^nd in the 200 IM with a time of 2:11.04, both season-bests.

Prior to Little Rock: Competed for Center Grove Aquatic Club, qualifying for Speedo Sectionals and finaling at Senior State. At Center Grove High School, she was a MIC Scholar, State finalist, and four-year varsity member.
 
Personal: Daughter of Heather and Kevin Trammell…. Project Lead the Way Graduate and Indiana Core 30 Degree winner in high school…. Plans to major in health.
