2019-20 (Junior): Member of the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Team…. Qualified for the B final of both the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships…. Collected a personal best time of 2:20.36 in the 200 breast, finishing 10th overall…. Placed 10th in the 100 breast with a season-best 1:04.20…. Also put up a season-best 2:11.50 in the 200 IM…. Notched all season-bests at the Kansas Classic, qualifying for finals in both breaststroke events.

2018-19 (Sophomore): Member of the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Team.... Posted all personal best times at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.... Finished 5th in the A final of the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:04.91.... Won the B final of the 200 breast at the conference meet with a time of 2:22.40.... Won the C final of the 200 IM with a 2:08.55.

2017-18 (Freshman) : Finished 11th in the B final of 200-yard breaststroke at the Missouri Conference Championships with a personal-best time of 2:22.50... Placed 12th in the B final of the 100-yard breaststroke at the MVC Championships with a personal-best time of 1:04.94... Took 17th in the C final of the 200 IM at the MVC Championships with a personal-best time of 2:06.98... Swam a season-best time of 4:43.84 in the 400 IM at the Kansas Classic.

Ranked 3nd in the 100 breaststroke, 4th in the 200 IM, and 5th in the 200 breaststroke on the Little Rock Trojans top times list.

Prior to Little Rock: Team captain and a state finalist all four years of high school for Aquinas High School... Swam with the Aiken-Augusta Swim League.

Personal: Hometown is Augusta, Georgia... Daughter of Mark and Amy Ristroph... Has one brother, Ian, and two sisters, Maggie and Allie.... Majoring in psychology.
