2018 Cross Country Season: Ran in five events for Little Rock, posting her season-best 5K time of 23:29.20 at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 13) ... Placed 77th at the Sun Belt Conference Championship (Oct. 27), running a 24:05.39 ... Notched a time of 24:30.38 at the UCA Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 8) ... Opened the year with a 25:22.52 at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic (Sept. 1) ... Ran a 25:15.90 at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (Sept. 22).

2018 Outdoor Season: Ran her fastest 400 of the season at the Sun Belt Championships (May 11-13) with a time of 1:01.39 and finished 23rd... Ran her lone 800 of the season at the UCA Open (April 13-14) and placed 15th with a time of 2:37.08.

2017-18 Indoor Season: Ran her fastest 400 of the season at the Sun Belt Championships (Feb. 19-20) with a time of 1:04.01 and finished 30th... Had a season-best time of 2:33.55 in the 800 at the Jaguar Invitational (Feb. 4) and finished 29th.

2017 Cross Country Season: Ran her fastest 5K of the season at the Brooks Memphis Twilight XC Classic (Sept. 2) with a time of 24:03.8 and finished 70th... Placed 55th in the three-mile run at the UCA XC Open (Sept. 9) with a time of 23:04.7... Placed 69th in the 5K at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 14) with a time of 25:19.5.

2017 Outdoor Season: Placed 19th at the Sun Belt Championship (May 12) in the 800, racing to a time of 2:22.03...At the Memphis Invitational (April 28), ran the 800 in 2:26.45 for 14th place...Also helped Little Rock to a third-place showing in the 4x400 relay at that meet...At the ASU Red Wolf Open (April 21), took third in the 800 with a time of 2:20.74...Racing at the UCA Open (April 15), came in eighth in the 400 in 59.78 seconds...Won the 4x400 relay at the Little Rock Open (April 7) and also placed fifth in the 800 in 2:24.59...Won the 800 at the UCA Spring Opener (March 10), taking the race in 2:22.75.

2016-17 Indoor Season: At the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 20), helped the Trojans to a fifth-place finish and four points in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:49.55...Also took 25th in the 400 as an individual at that meet with a time of 59.60 seconds...At the Samford Open (Feb. 10), was part of Little Rock's 13th-place 4x400 relay that finished in 4:01.26 and also ran the 400 solo in 1:00.35 for 34th place...Ran the 800 and 4x400 relays at the USA Invitational (Feb. 5), taking 37th and eighth, respectively, in 2:27.93 and 3:56.40...At the ASU Invitational (Jan. 27), was part of the second-place 4x400 relay team that ran in 3:58.11 and also ran the 800 solo in 2:32.81 for sixth place...To begin the season at the ASU Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 2), placed sixth in the 800 in 2:28.89.

2016 Cross Country Season: Came in 80th at the Sun Belt Championship with a time of 23:36.3 in the 6K course...Finished the Little Rock Invitational fifth among Trojan runners in a time of 22:34.8...Clocked in with a time of 22:14.01 at the Chile Pepper Festival...Came in 75th in 18:35.2 at the UCA Challenge...Placed 216th at the Memphis Twilight Invitational in 24:06.29.

2016 Outdoor Season: Helped the Trojans take third in the 4x400 relay at the Rhodes Invitational (March 18)...Also ran the 400 in ninth place in 1:00.69 at that meet...At the Louisiana Classic, took 39th in the 200 with a time of 26.89...At the Little Rock Invitational, ran the 800 in 2:31.30...Had a ninth-place finish in the 400 and a 17th-place finish in the 200 at the UCA Open (April 15)...At the Memphis Invitational (April 29), came in fifth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:50.20...Also ran the 400 in 24th place at that meet...Closed her year with a 25th-place effort in the 400 at the Sun Belt Championship (May 13) in 59.41 seconds.

2015-16 Indoor Season: Ran the 400 in a season-best 1:01.00 at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 22) just two weeks after running it in 1:01.30 at the Jaguar Invitational (Feb. 7)...Also ran the 400 in 1:01.57 at the ASU Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 6) and in 1:03.85 at the ASU Invitational (Jan. 22)...Ran the 200 at the Sun Belt Championship, crossing the finish line in 26.55 seconds...Helped the Trojans to a time of 4:03.66 in the 4x400 relay at the ASU Invitational.

2015 Cross Country Season: Placed 222nd at the Memphis Twilight Invitational with a time of 24:27.63 on the 5K course.

Before Little Rock: Ran four years of track and field at Maumelle, competing in the 400, 4x400 relay, 800 and 4x800 relay...Named All-State, All-Conference and Athletic-Academic All-Star team member...Also ran two years of cross country and played one year of softball...Her high school teams were a state-runner up in 2014 and a district runner-up in 2015...Won the state championship in the 800, 4x800 and 4x400 in 2014...Named state champion in the 4x400 in 2015...Was the state runner-up in the 400 as a senior.

Personal: Daugher of Samuel and Latasha O'Neal...Has five sisters: Angelica, Asjah, Allysa, Natilee, Alexuis and Jaylyn...Intends to major in nursing and become a nurse practitioner.
