2016 Outdoor Season: Reached the NCAA West Regional (May 26) for the second time in her career, representing the Trojans in the 3K steeplechase...Finished in 32nd place in the region with a time of 10:42.82...Won the Sun Belt Championship (May 13) in the 3K steeplechase with a time of 10:23.72...Came in third in the Sun Belt with a time of 17:11.90 in the 5K, good for the fifth-fastest time in school history...Won the 3K steeplechase at the Louisiana Classic (March 25) in a time of 10:32.60...Won the 1500 at the Little Rock Invitational (April 8) with a time of 4:38.79...Took third place in the Rhodes Invitational in the 5K (March 18) with a time of 17:18.73.

2015-16 Indoor Season: Did not compete indoors in 2015-16.

2015 Cross Country Season: Represented Little Rock at the NCAA South Central Regional, taking 27th place in a time of 20:45.7 to set a new school record in the 6K...Took 11th place at the Sun Belt Championship, earning All-Sun Belt Third Team status...Placed sixth at the Little Rock Invitational with a time of 17:16.3...Took 64th at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 3) with a time of 17:58.74.

2015 Outdoor Season: Dahl did not compete outdoors in 2015.

2014-15 Indoor Season: Named the High Point Scorer and the Most Outstanding Track Performer at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23) after winning the 3K, mile and taking second in the 5K...Her 28 points at the meet accounted for all of the scoring for the Trojan women...First Trojan woman to win multiple events at a Sun Belt Championship since 2002 and the team's first Most Oustanding Track Performer since 1997...Won the mile with a time of 4:57.00, the third-best time in school history...Broke the school record in the 5K with a run of 16:48.94 while setting a 33-second personal record...Named All-Sun Belt First Team in the mile and 3K, All-Sun Belt Second Team in the 5K...Began her season with a 5:15.57 mile at the A-State Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 8)...Got her first win of the year in the 3K in 10:01.10 at the A-State Scarlet and Black Invite (Jan. 26)...Part of the second-place DMR team at the A-State Invite (Jan. 30)...Placed second in the mile in 4:55.35 at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 18)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher during the 2014-15 academic year.

2014 Cross Country Season: Was Little Rock's best runner all season, earning two Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week awards...Ran the NCAA South Central Regional (Nov. 14) as an individual, taking 36th place in 21:33.3...Was the first solo runner to finish at that race and third among Sun Belt runners...Was the second Trojan across the finish line at the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 2), placing 13th overall and earning All-League Third Team honors...Briefly held the school 5K record after running a 17:14.85 at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18), winning the race...Broke the Little Rock 6K record with a time of 21:04.6 at the Rhodes Invitational (Sept. 27) and third place overall...Took sixth overall at the season-opening Memphis Twilight Invitational (Aug. 31) in a time of 18:07.11 in the 5K course.

2014 Outdoor Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the 3K steeplechase, becoming the first Little Rock woman to ever reach the NCAA West Regional...Placed sixth in the 3K steeplechase in a time of 10:59.59 at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (May 10), scoring three points for Little Rock...Ran an incredible 10:16.66 in the 3K Steeplechase to open her season at the Rhodes Open (March 15)...That time was fastest in the country in 2014 through three weeks of the outdoor season and a personal record by 25 seconds...Bettered her PR by more than a second at the prestigious Stanford Invitational (April 7), running 10:15.20 in the 3K steeplechase to place fourth among all Division I runners...Moved to fifth all-time in the 1500 with a personal-record race of 4:34.32 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 18)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49.

2013-14 Indoor Season: Moved to second all-time at Little Rock with a 9:49.13 showing in the 3K at the SBC Championship (Feb. 25), scoring for the Trojans in that meet with a sixth-place showing...Also second all-time at Little Rock in the 5K thanks to a 17:22.81 performance at the same meet, placing seventh...Also at the SBC Championships (Feb. 26), helped Little Rock to a third-place showing the DMR, in an 11:59.12 time that is now fourth-best all-time at Little Rock...Began her year with a third-place 3K at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 24)...Helped the DMR team to a second-place finish at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 8)...Placed fifth in the 3K at that same meet, crossing the finish line in 9:55.34.

2013 Cross Country: Opened the year with a third-place finish overall at the Gerald Richey Invite in Arlington, Texas, to be the Trojans' top runner and help the team to a fourth-place finish...Won the Sun Belt Conference's Runner of the Week award for her placing at that race...Came in third overall and first among Little Rock runners at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 19).

2013 Outdoor Season:  Turned in the second-fastest time in school history in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:41.62 to finish second and score eight points for Little Rock at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (May 10)… Matched a personal-best 4:47.04 in the 1500m at the Beach Invitational (April 19)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Recorded the eighth-fastest 3000m in Little Rock history with a time of 10:21.92 to finish second at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic (Dec. 2)… Won the mile with a personal-best time of 5:10.79 at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 25).

Before Little Rock: Attended Kitas Gymnasium in Gothenburg, Sweden where she ran for head coach Midde Hamrin ... Dahl qualified for the 2000m and 3000m steeplechase national championships in 2011 and 2012.

Personal: Born on May 2, 1991 in Gothenburg, Sweden ... Parents are Jyrki and Anneli Dahl ... Has one sister, Malin ... Plans to major in Health Science.
