Became the Trojans' first 800-meter champion since 2003... Ran a season-best time of 4:56.84 in the mile at the Jaguar Invitational (Feb. 4) and finished third — the fifth-fastest mark in program history... Took eighth in the mile at the Sun Belt Championship with a time of 5:00.80... Won the 3,000 at the A-State Invitational (Jan. 26-27) with a time of 10:13.38 — eighth-fastest in program history.

2017 Cross Country Season: Was an NCAA South Central Region Qualifier and placed 53rd in the 6K with a time of 21:27.9 (Nov. 10)... Placed sixth in the 5K at the Sun Belt Championships (Oct. 28) with a time of 17:57.6.... Recorded the sixth-fastest 5K time in program history at the Chile Pepper XC Festival with a mark of 17:40.6 and finished ninth... Won the 5K at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 14) with a time of 17:51.9

Before Little Rock: At Iowa Western, won the 3K steeplechase national championship...Was also the regional champion in the 800 and the 1500...Has collegiate bests of 10:55.30 in the 3K steeple, 4:42 in the 1500 and 2:13.83 in the 800.
