Struck out four or more batters in six different relief appearances... Tallied two saves for the season... Threw a career-high five strikeouts in 2.2 innings of relief against Georgia State (May 13) while picking up the win... Threw a career-high 3.2 innings, struck out four and allowed nothing as he picked up his first save against Texas State (April 8)... Final save of the season came against UCA (April 25) at Dickey-Stephens Park as he struck out four and allowed just one walk.

McLennan CC: Recorded a 4-0 record with a 4.15 ERA in 30.1 innings... Struck out 42 in 10 appearances and three starts... Earned his first JUCO win against Hill College in which he threw 4.0 innings and struck out three... Struck out a season-high eight batters and picked up the win in five innings of work at Weatherford College.

Richmond: Made 10 appearances with seven starts... Went 21- with 34.0 innings on the mound while striking out 27... Earned his first Division I win against Minnesota by going 5.0 innings, striking out five and allowing just two runs on four hits and three walks in the Spiders' 13-2 win over the Golden Gophers... Longest outing of the season came in a no-decision at Duke in which he pitched 5.1 innings.

Covenant Christian Academy: Recorded a .320 batting average and a 10-2 record on the mound with a 2.67 ERA playing for coach Rusty Beam… Four-time first-team all-district and two-time first-team all-state selection… Three-year team captain… Played two years of varsity basketball as a shooting guard...
