2024 (Junior): Started all 19 matches during the season ... recorded 17 shots and 8 shots on goal.
2023 (Sophomore): In her sophomore campaign, Amaya arias picked up right where she left off appearing in 19 games with 18 starts. Arias scored 4 goals with 1 assist for a total of 9 points. Her lone assist came in the season opener at Florida Atlantic with Candice Kilderry finishing the play. Among her goals was the game-winning goal against Western Illinois to clinch Little Rock's second consecutive OVC playoff berth. The energetic sophomore led the team in points (9), goals (4), shots (55), shots on goal (19), & penalty kick goals (2). Arias showed her value once again by earning a spot on the All-OVC Second Team. Arias was one of the most feared midfielders in the OVC and proved lots to be shown in her future at Little Rock.
2022 (Freshman): An All-Ohio Valley Conference Second Team selection and OVC All-Newcomer Team honoree that started and played in 16 matches, totaling four goals and eight points overall with two game-winning goals … Played 1,298 minutes overall, an average of 81.13 minutes per game … Of her 36 shots overall, 16 were on goal for a rate of 44% … Her first collegiate goal came in her third match overall, striking once in a 4-0 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff (8/28) … She struck again at Alabama A&M (9/14), her first game-winning goal as it was the only goal in the 1-0 final … Tallied another game-winning goal in a 1-0 win at Southern Indiana (9/25) … Scored the lone goal for the Trojans in a 2-1 loss against Southeast Missouri (10/6) … Twice recorded a season-high five shots in a game, against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (8/28) and again at Morehead State (10/2) … Twice put a season-high three shots on goal, first at Alabama A&M (9/14) and then again at Morehead State (10/2).
Prior to Little Rock: Played for club team SoCal Blues … Graduate of Downey High School where she lettered one year … Was named the best attack player and helped the Vikings to the CIF Southern Section Selections.
Personal: Daughter of Mario and Sparkle … Has an older brother Mario who plays soccer in college, two younger brothers Jordan and Javier, and two younger sisters Harmony and Malayah … Intends to major in business administration or architecture and plans to own her own business.
