Nathalia Vigineski begins her second season on the coaching staff at Little Rock in 2023 after a three-year career with the Trojans. She is responsible for assisting with coaching duties as well as recruiting and team travel.
 
During her time in a Maroon and Silver uniform, Vigineski played in 193 sets across 64 matches, totaling 800 assists, 255 digs, 31 service aces, 18 kills, nine blocks and 53.5 points scored over her career. She averaged 4.15 assists and 0.16 service aces per set.
 
A native of Uberlandia, Brazil, Vigineski now resides in Little Rock.

2021 (Fifth Year): Played in 42 sets across 19 matches … Totaled 166 assists, 48 digs and five service aces with three kills and eight total points … Averaged 3.95 assists per set and 1.14 digs per set … Posted a season-high 28 assists at Louisiana (10/9) with seven matches recording double-digit assists … Recorded a season-high seven digs at Louisiana (10/9).

2020 (Senior): Played in 59 sets across 17 matches, making one start … Totaled 226 assists (3.83 aces per set), 63 digs (1.07 per set) and 12 service aces (0.20 per set) … Tallied a season-high 31 assists against Louisiana (9/25) … Recorded 20-plus assists on five different occasions with two of those surpassing the 30-assist threshold … Twice recorded a season-high three service aces with that feat first coming against Missouri State (9/20) and then again against UT Arlington (10/10) … Recorded a season-high eight digs in that same match against UT Arlington (10/10) … Also registered eight digs at Arkansas State (10/3).

2019 (Junior): Played in 91 sets over 28 matches, starting in 17 matches as part of a 6-2 (and sometimes 4-2) system … Led the team with 408 assists while adding 144 digs on the year … Posted a season-high 34 assists against Oral Roberts (9/13) while adding a season-high 13 digs in that same match, the first of three double-doubles on the year … Served up a season-high four aces against Georgia State (11/1) … Played in 20 matches where she recorded double-digit assists with five outings where she registered 20-plus assists … Averaged a team-leading 4.48 assists per set while adding an average of 1.58 digs per set.
