2017: Started in all 28 matches and played in 111 of 112 sets... Put down the fourth-most kills (182) and kills per set (1.64) on the team... Had the second-most blocks on the team with 94 at a rate of 0.85 per set... Tallied the fourth-most points on the team with 239.5 at a rate of 2.16 per set... Had a career-high 14 kills with a .417 hitting percentage against ULM (Oct. 14)... Hit a career-high .545 with eight kills, two errors and 11 attacks against Jackson State (Aug. 25)... Put up a career-high seven total blocks against UT Arlington (Oct. 7)... Dug a career-high five digs against Appalachian State (Sept. 22).

2016: Played in 19 matches and in 40 sets... Tallied 22 kills for the season... Had the seventh-most blocks on the team with 30... Had a season-high five blocks and a season-high five kills against North Texas (Sept. 17).

At Middle Tennessee (2014): Played in 84 sets for the Blue Raiders … Fourth on the team with 61 blocks, and second on the team in blocks during conference play … Her .229 hitting percentage was good for second on the team …  Tallied a career-high eight blocks against Southern Illinois (9/2) … Notched a career-best nine kills vs. Marshall (11/2) … Hit .400 in the month of November, which is over 100 percentage points higher than her season average (.222) … One of two freshman on the team to record at least 100 points (114.5) … Went over a .300 hitting efficiency in five of six matches she attempted at least 10 attacks … Finished the year with 84 kills and 17 digs.

At Mount Pleasant HS: Gillard was a three-sport athlete at Mount Pleasant High School in Texas, lettering in basketball and track in addition to volleyball.... Earned first-team all-district in both basketball and volleyball, while earning second-team all-state honors... Was second-team all-state in track and the 100-meter dash district champion... Gillard played her club volleyball for Blocksport.
