Regan Croff

Regan Croff joined Little Rock’s Team in July 2023 as an assistant athletic trainer working primarily with women’s basketball and volleyball.
 
She joins the Trojans after spending the past 18 months as a graduate athletic trainer at Texas Tech, working with women’s basketball and track and field. While in Lubbock, she was a member of the performance team that collaborated with strength and conditioning, sports nutrition and sports psychology to provide the best holistic care possible for the Red Raider student-athletes.
 
Prior to that, Croff spent six months as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Slaton (Texas) High School as she assisted the athletic training staff in coverage of football, cross country and basketball games while also working to provide care for softball, baseball and powerlifting in the offseason.
 
She spent a year as a medical assistant at the Bone and Joint Institute in Franklin, Tennessee where she provided clincal support in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. Her start in sports medicine came at her alma mater as she worked as an athletic training intern from November 2019 to May 2020 at Auburn University at Montgomery.
 
Croff is a 2020 graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology, where she was a basketball player and student assistant coach. She received her Master of Athletic Training degree from Texas Tech in May 2023.
