2021-22 (Sophomore): Started at 184 pounds in six duals, finishing with a record of 7-11…. Picked up two wins at the Southern Scuffle…. Won the Trojan Open at 184 pounds, going undefeated for four bouts…. Placed 5that the Pac-12 Championships.

2020-21 (Freshman): Started at 184 pounds in nine duals, finishing with a record of 4-10… Picked up wins in two duals against Stanford and Cal Poly…. Took 6th at the Pac-12 Championships.

Prior to Little Rock: NHSCA Junior champion…. Arizona high school State champion for Valiant College Prep…. Wrestles for the club Thorobred Wrestling.

Personal: Son of John Mendoza and Heather Brown…. Plans to major in construction management.
