2009 Cross Country Season:  Helped the women’s team to a fifth place finish at the Sun Belt Championships placing 47th in 23:05.42 for the 5K…Recorded season-highs of 19:33.57 in the 5K placing 26th at the Brooks Memphis Twilight and 25:59.4 in the 6K at the NCAA South Central Region…Placed sixth at the Arkansas Tech Twilight in 11:46.07 for the two-mile race helping the team place first for the third-straight season.

 

2009 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded career-high and highest finish in the 10,000-meter run at the Rhodes Open placing third in 37:21.20 ranking her second in UALR career records and in the Sun Belt...Also recorded tenth place finish in the 10,000 meters at the SBC Championships in 39:53.44...Recorded career-high in the 5,000-meter run at the LSU Alumni Gold placing eighth in 17:50.71 ranking her fourth in UALR career records and fifth in the Sun Belt...Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Ole Miss Invitational placing fifth in 17:52.24...Recorded career-high and highest finish in the 1,500-meter run at the Hendrix Invitational placing fifth in 5:01.21.

 

2009 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded career in the 5,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic placing 18th in 10:44.05 ranking her sixth in UALR career records and eighth in the Sun Belt...Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Sun Belt Championships placing eighth in 18:34.95...Recorded career-high and highest finish in the 3,000-meter run at the McDonald’s Invitational placing eighth in 10:44.05...Recorded career-high in the mile at the Iowa State Classic placing 42nd in 5:238.46...Recorded highest finish in the mile at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic placing fourth in 5:32.92.

 

2008 Cross Country Season:  Recorded career and season-highs in the 5K at the UALR Open placing fourth in 19:06.79...Recorded career and season-highs in the 6K at the NCAA South Central Regional placing 89th out of 120 runners in 23:53.1 ranking her 19th in UALR career records...Recorded highest finish at the Arkansas Tech Twilight placing third in 12:05 for the two mile course and helping the Trojans win the event...Placed 12th at the Sun Belt Championships recording a time of 19:17.24 for the 5K...Placed tenth at the SLC Pre-Conference Meet 6K in 24:34.00...Out of 275 runners, placed 42nd at the Brooks Memphis Twilight 5K in 19:52.94.

 

High School:  Lettered four years at Monticello High School where she led her team to state runner-up for four straight season and was the lead off leg for the 3,200-meter relay that took the state title in 2007 and 2008 (with a time of 10:17.35)...The two time all-state track honoree and three-time all-conference cross country honoree helped lead the 3,200-meter relay at the Meet of Champs in 2008 to a sixth place finish in 10:22.81...At the 2008 5A State Meet, competed on the first leg of the 4x400-meter relay helping them place second in 4:17.97...Also placed fourth in the 800-meter run in 2:32.88 and seventh in the 1,600-meter run in 5:43.92...At the 2007 5A State Cross Country Championships, placing 14th out of 101 runners in 21:14.27 over the 5K course...Graduated with honors.

 

Personal:  Daughter of Mark and Vickie Tiner...Born April 6, 1990 in Clayton, Georgia...Majoring in education.

High School:  The four-time all-state honoree in cross country and track and field at Batesville High School, recorded personal bests in the 1,600 meters in 5:32, in the 3,200 meters in 12:06, in the 5K in 19:27, and in the high jump in 5’0’’...Helped lead her team to three state cross country championships and three state track and field championships...Won the 1,600 meters and the 3,200 meters at the 2006 state championships.
