2006 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded his personal best and highest finish at the Saluki Booster in the 3,000 meters placing second in 8:49.82 ranking him 11^th in UALR Indoor Track Records and eighth in the Sun Belt Conference...Competed at the Iowa State Classic in the mile recording a time of 4:18.84 ranking him seventh in the SBC...At the Sun Belt Conference Meet, placed tenth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:53.64 and 13^th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:47.16.

2005 Cross Country Season:  Set personal best in the 10,000 meters at the Chile Pepper Invitational with a time of 32:07.7 ranking him fifth on UALR Cross Country records...Was the Top Trojan finisher in every race he competed in...Received Sun Belt Conference Male Runner of the Week after finishing eighth at the UALR Open in 26:36.96 and helping his team to a first place finish...Finished 11^th at the Memphis Twilight Cross Country Classic in 20:39.97 for the four mile course...Recorded a 17^th place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 26:37.87 helping his team to a fifth place finish.

2004-05 Indoor Season: At the season-opening ASU Kick-Off Klassic, placed eighth in the 3,000 meters in 8:56.83...At the Saluki Booster Invitational, placed fifth in the mile in 4:27.88...Ran a 4:28.98 mile at the Iowa State Classic and placed 59th...Member of the distance medley relay that placed fourth at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in 10:31.08.

2004 Cross Country Season: Placed 24th at the Saluki Invitational 8K in 26:43.30...Was 35th in the Sun Belt Conference Championship 8,000 meter in 28:21.7...Finished 11th in the 5,000-meter UALR Open in a time of 27:20...Placed 33rd in the season-opening Memphis Twilight Classic with a time of 21:05.03 in the 4-mile race.

2004 Outdoor Season: Opened the season at LSU's Tiger Relays with an eight-place showing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:18.37...At the Ole Miss Invitational, finished second in the 1,500 meters in 4:03.83...Also at Ole Miss, placed 10th in the 800 meters with mark of 2:02.00...Part of the 4-by-800 relay team that set a school record at the prestigious Drake Relays...Teamed with Dmitry Shokur, Calum Neff and Andrey Shokur to run a 7:39.28, breaking the old UALR record of 7:44.88 set on April 25, 2003, by the Shokurs, Neff and Bryan Jackson...Finished first in the second section of the 1,500 meters at the Ole Miss Open with time of 4:04.25...At the Sun Belt Conference Championships, placed seventh in the 1,500 in 4:06.48 as four UALR runners finished in the top 10.

2003-04 Indoor Season: Placed fifth in the mile run at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with time of 4:24.95...Also took 15th in the 3,000 meters with mark of 9:09.13...At Middle Tennessee Invitational, finished eighth in the mile at 4:30.61 as five Trojan runners placed in the top 10.

2003 Cross Country Season: Placed 98th in team scoring and 111th overall at the NCAA South Central Regional 10K with time of 35:45...Finished 14th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with time of 27:48.69 and helping team to second-place showing...Was 31st in the Saluki Invitational 8K in 28:00.46 as team again placed second...Helped Trojans to win in UALR Open with 16th-place finish with time of 28:31 in the 8,000 meters...Placed 28th in the season-opening Memphis Twilight Classic with mark of 21:58.30.

High School: Won the conference 1600-meter title as a senior at Roseville Area...
