2012 Cross Country All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team 

2013 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Placed fifth in 9:11.29 in the 3,000-meter run at the Red Wolf Open.

2012-13 Indoor Season (Redshirt Sophomore):  Finished 10^th in the 5,000m with a time of 15:13.81 at the SBC Championships (Feb. 24) ... Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2012 Cross Country: (Redshirt Sophomore):  Finished 10^th with a season-best time in the 8k with a mark of 25:51.9 to finish Second Team All-Conference at the Sun Belt Championships (Oct. 27), helping to lead Little Rock to its fifth Sun Belt Conference Championship and second in three seasons … Finished 159^th in the 10k with a time of 33:46.0 at the Chili Pepper Invitational (Oct. 13) ... Clocked 26:35.41 to finish 131st in the 8K race at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 29).

2011 Cross Country (Sophomore): Redshirted season, did not compete.

Prior to Little Rock:  Spent one season at Cowley College, helping to lead the Tigers to Jayhawk East Conference, Region VI, and an NJCAA National Championships in cross country in 2010 … Placed 15^th at the NJCAA National Championship earning All-American honors.

High School:  Competed in cross country and track and field at Woodland High School … Earned all-state honors in cross country … Senior season won the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter state titles … Holds the Class 2A state meet record in the 3,200 meters at 9:48 … Valedictorian of graduating class.
