2007 Outdoor Track Season:  Placed fifth in the heptathlon at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with 5,979 points winning the high jump with a jump of 1.95m (6-04.75) and the long jump with a distance of 6.80m (22-03.75)...His heptathlon score ranked him first in UALR career records along with his high jump of 1.95m ranking him second and his discus throw of 26.62m (87-4) ranking him third...Recorded season best in the 100 hurdles in the SBC Championships heptathlon placing second with a time of 15.76...Recorded season best in the javelin at the Rhodes College Open placing eighth with a distance of 47.90m (157-02) ranking him fourth in UALR career records...Recorded season best in the shot put at the Tulsa Duels placing seventh with a throw of 11.38m (37-04) ranking him first in UALR career records...Recorded season best in the long jump at the John McDonnell Invitational placing eighth with a jump of 6.82m (22-04.50)...Competed with the 4x400 relay team at the Tulsa Duels as the lead-off leg with the team placing eighth in 3:21.01.

2007 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded season best in the heptathlon at the Sun Belt Championships placing fifth with 4,550 points ranking him first in UALR career records...Recorded season best in the 60 meter hurdles at the Saluki Booster placing 14^th with a time of 9.17 ranking him first in UALR career records...Recorded season best in the triple jump at the Saluki Booster placing tenth with a distance of 13.36m (43-10.00).

2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded personal best at the TCU Invitational in the long jump with a distance of 22-05.25 (6.84) ranking him fifth in UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances and in the triple jump with a distance of 45-01.00 (13.74) ranking him fourth in UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances...Recorded highest place finish at the Ted Lloyd Invitational placing second in both the long jump with a distance of 22-04.25 and in the triple jump with a distance of 44-08.50...Recorded personal best in the 200 meters with a time of 24.44.

2006 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded personal bests at the Sun Belt Conference Championship Meet in the long jump with a distance of 22-01.75 (6.75) and in the triple jump with a distance of 45-02.50 (13.78)...Ranked third in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump in UALR Indoor Track Records...Recorded highest finish in the triple jump at the Saluki Booster placing seventh with a distance of 43-06.50 (13.27) and also placed 13^th in the long jump with a distance of 21-05.50 (6.54)...Recorded highest finish in the long jump at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing 11^th with a jump of 21-3.50 (6.49) and also placed ninth in the triple jump with a distance of 42-9.50 (13.04)...Competed in the Iowa State Classic and placed 28^th in the long jump with a distance of 21-09.50 (6.64).
