2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded personal best in the javelin at the Ole Miss Dual Meet placing third with a throw of 196-07 (59.91) ranking him second in UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances and in the Sun Belt...He earned Sun Belt Conference Field Performer of the Week after this performance...Recorded highest finish at the Arkansas State High Performance and Opportunity Meet finishing second in the javelin with a throw of 189-04 (57.7)...Placed third at the Sun Belt Conference Meet in the javelin with a throw of 176-06 (53.81).

2006 Indoor Track Season:  At the Saluki Booster, placed 14^th in the long jump with a distance of 21-03.25 (6.48) ranking him sixth in UALR Indoor Records...At the same meet recorded a time of 23.81 in the 200 meters...At the Sun Belt Conference Meet, ran a 6.77 in the 200 meters and recorded a distance of 21-01.25 (6.43) in the long jump.

2005 Outdoor Season:  Recorded personal best of 56.60 meters in the javelin...Finished fifth at the Sun Belt Conference meet with a throw of 49.80 meters...Recorded best finish in the javelin at the Tulsa Duels placing fourth with a throw of 49.20 meters...Placed fifth at the Mississippi Invitational with a throw of 51.66 meters and at the Indian Classic with a throw of 50.70 meters...Competed in the javelin at the Vanderbilt Track and Field Invitational where he placed sixth with a throw of 48.12 meters.

2004-05 Indoor Season: At the season-opening ASU Kick-off Klassic, placed 20th in the 400 meters in 52.22...Also finished 21st in the long jump with a leap of 19-9.75... At the Saluki Booster Invitational, finished 12th in the long jump with a mark of 19-3... Also placed 17th in the 200 meters with a time of 24.26.

2003-04 Indoor Season: At Sun Belt Conference Championships, member of distance medley relay team -- along with Brock Peterson, Chris Johnson and Peter Marston -- that finished sixth in 10:43.97...Also placed 19th in the 800 meters in 2:01.40 at the Sun Belt meet...Was 10th in the 800 in 2:02.63 at the ASU Kickoff Klassic to open the season...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll for earning a grade point average between 3.0 and 3.49.

2003 Outdoor Season: Finished 17th in the 800 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in Denton, Texas, by running 2:00.18 in the preliminaries...Also finished 25th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:28.65...Ran 51.61 for 400 meters at the Ole Miss Easter Invitational...Ran a personal best time of 1:58.87 for 800 meters at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.

2002-2003 Indoor Season: Ran 2:00.28 for 800 meters at the ASU Invitational...Ran 52.14 for 400 meters at the ASU Kick-off Klassic.

2002 Outdoor Season: Ran 2:06.85 in the 800 meters at the ASU Classic...Ran 4:29.13 for the 1,500 meters at the UALR Invitational.
