2013 Outdoor Season:  Earned eight points for UALR, finishing fourth with a career-best time (31:43.65) in the 10,000m, finishing seventh with a career-best time (9:32.86) in the 3000m steeplechase and finished eighth (15:16.34) in the 5,000m at the SBC Championships… The steeplechase time was the eighth-fastest time while the 10,000m was the ninth-fastest time in school history… Won the 5,000m with a time of 15:02.70 at the Ole Miss Invite (April 13)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Honor Roll for maintaining a GPA between 3.0 and 3.49.

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Won the 3,000m with a seventh-best time in school history (8:34.39) at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic (Dec, 2). 

2012 Outdoor Season: Placed third in the 1,500-meter run in 4:01.05 at the Hendrix Invitational ... Was the top Trojan finisher in the 5,000 meters, placing third in 15:09.56 at the Rhodes College Open ... Placed fifth in the 5,000 meter run (14:52.63) and 11^th in the 1,500 meters (3:56.98) at the Ole Miss Invitational ... Placed 18^th in the 5,000 meters (14:54.84) at the Beach Invitational in Norwalk, Calif.

2011 Cross Country: Led the Trojans with a fifth-place finish at the Memphis Brooks Twilight to open the season, finishing in 20:16.54 (four miles) ... Took first place at the Arkansas Tech Twilight Run in a time of 19:54.56 (four miles) ... Won the men's 8K in a new school record time of 24:18.65 at the UALR Invitational ... Placed 42^nd at the Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 30:54.4 (10K) ... Placed eighth at the Sun Belt Championships in a time of 25:24.7 to garner All-Sun Belt honors... Placed 91^st in a time of 34:19.3 at the NCAA South Central Regional. 

2011 Indoor and Outdoor Track Seasons:  Redshirted.

2010 Cross Country Season:  Earned All-Sun Belt honors placing ninth at the 2010 Sun Belt Championship in 25:42.5 for the 8K and helping the Trojans to the championship title...Recorded career-high in the 8K at the Brooks Memphis Twilight placing 15^th in 24:50.37 ranking him seventh in UALR career records...Recorded career-high in the 10K at the Chile Pepper Festival in 31:47.74 ranking him ninth in UALR career records...Recorded season-high in the 5K at the UALR Invitational placing fifth in 15:33.62...Recorded a time of 32:13.9 at the NCAA South Central Regional helping the Trojans to a seventh place finish...Placed seventh at the Arkansas Tech Twilight four-mile in 20:35.12.

Cowley College:  Earned All-American honors at Cowley College and helped lead his team to two-straight conference titles in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track...In 2010, won the regional title for indoor track in the 3K and the 5K...In 2009, won regional title in the 5K...Recorded career-highs of 3:58 for the 1,500-meter run, 14:44 for the 5K, 24:58 for the 8K, and 8:49 for the 3K.

High School: Competed at Duncan High School earning state titles in the 800-meter run, 1,600-meter run, and 3,200-meter run his senior season...Recorded personal best marks of 1:58.05 for the 800 meters, 4:31 for the 1,600 meters, 9:45 for the 3,200 meters, and 16:04 for the 5K.
