2011 Indoor Track Season:  Won the 5,000-meter run at the ASU Invitational in 14:59.10 ranking him sixth in UALR career records…Placed third earning All-Sun Belt Conference honors as the fourth leg of the Distance Medley Relay team at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships with a time of 10:28.79 ranking them ninth in UALR career records…Placed ninth at the Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:09.94.

2010 Cross Country Season:  Top Trojan finisher with fourth place finish at the 2010 Sun Belt Conference Championships recording a time of 25:07.5 for the 8K helping the Trojans to the championship title and earning All-Sun Belt honors…Recorded career-high in the 8K at the Brooks M Memphis Twilight placing eighth in 24:34.12 and ranking him third in UALR career records…Recorded career-high in the 10K at the Chile Pepper Festival placing 48th in 30:51.02 ranking him fourth in UALR career records…Recorded a 26th place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional in 31:05.5 for the 10K and helping the Trojans to a seventh place finish…Recorded a second place finish at the UALR Invitational recording a season-high time of 15:22.30 for the 5K.

2010 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season-high in the 3,000-meter steeplechase placing second at the UCA Relays in 10:06.36…Recorded season-high in the 5,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Championships placing eighth in 14:57.85…Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Ole Miss Invite placing third in 15:04.74…Recorded season-high in the 1,500-meter run at the Rhodes College Open placing 11th in 4:05.44.

2010 Indoor Track Season:  Redshirted.

2009 Cross Country Season:  Recorded season-high in the 8K placing 21st at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in 28:43.29 and helping the team to a third place finish…Placed 43rd at the NCAA South Central Region recording a season-high time of 33:08.7.

2009 Outdoor Track Season:  Qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational placing second in his section in 9:00.42 setting the UALR career record and ranking him first in the Sun Belt Conference as well as earning him Sun Belt Conference Track Performer of the Week honors...Won the Sun Belt Conference title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:09.69 and placed 20th at the NCAA Mideast Regionals in 9:10.15...Also recorded a first place finish in the steeplechase at the Hendrix Invitational winning in 9:19.28...Recorded career-high in the 5,000-meter run at the LSU Alumni Gold placing third in 14:21.77 ranking him first in UALR career records and fourth in the Sun Belt...Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Ole Miss Invitational placing second in 14:24.00...Also placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the SBC Championships in 14:25.88...Recorded career-high and highest finish in the 1,500-meter run at the LSU Alumni Gold placing fourth in 3:57.00 ranking him sixth in the Sun Belt and tenth in UALR career records...Also placed tenth in the 1,500 meters at the Rhodes Open in 4:02.82.

2009 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded career-high in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic placing 25th in 8:32.39 ranking him fifth in UALR career records and in the Sun Belt Conference...Recorded highest finish in the 3,000 meters at the Sun Belt Championships placing fifth in 8:46.18...Recorded career-high and highest finish in the 5,000-meter run at the SBC Championships placing fifth in 15:00.60 ranking him fifth in UALR career records and in the Sun Belt.

Cowley College:  Competed two years for Cowley College where he earned All-American five times.

High School: Competed at Kipsoen High School.
