UCA Relays in 3:15.76 ranking them tenth in UALR career records…Recorded
season-high in the 800-meter run at the UCA Relays placing second in 1:54.32…Recorded
season-high in the mile at the Rhodes College Open placing ninth in 4:23.68…Also
recorded 800 meter finishes of 15th at the Sun Belt Outdoor
Championships in 1:59.25, 20th at the Beach Invitational in 1:54.33,
and 81st at the Mt. Sac Relays in 1:55.14.
2011 Indoor Track Season: Earned All-Sun Belt
Conference honors as third leg of the Distance Medley Relay at the Sun Belt
Indoor Championships placing third in 10:28.79 and ranking them ninth in UALR
career records…Recorded career-high in the 800-meter run at the Middle
Tennessee Invitational placing fourth in 1:55.38 and ranking him sixth in UALR
career records…Also recorded finishes in the 800 meters at the ASU Invitational
placing sixth in 1:58.20, at the Tyson Invitational placing 11th in
1:55.79, and the Indoor Championships placing seventh in the finals in
1:57.92…Placed seventh in the mile at the ASU Invitational in 4:32.81…Placed
fifth as third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team at the ASU Kickoff Klassic in
3:25.06.
2010 Cross Country Season: Placed 16th
at the UALR Invitational 5K with a time of 16:26.68…Placed 20th at
the Arkansas Tech Twilight four-mile in 21:42.55.
2010 Outdoor Track Season: Recorded season-high
in the 800-meter run at the Ole Miss Invite placing eighth in 1:54.12…Recorded
season-high in the 1,500-meter run at the ULM Warhawk Classic placing third in
4:06.36…Recorded season-high in the 4x400-meter relay placing second in 3:30.49
at the UCA Relays…Advanced to the finals of the 800 meters at the Sun Belt
Championships placing fourth in 1:56.61…Also recorded 800 meters times of
1:55.20 at the Rhodes College Open for second place and 1:56.17 at the ULM
Warhawk Classic for fourth place…Also recorded 1,500 meters timesof 4:10.49 at
the UCA Relays for third place and 4:33.17 at the SBC Championships for 23rd
place.
2010 Indoor Track Season: Recorded career-high
in the 800-meter run at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing sixth in 1:57.72
ranking him tenth in UALR career records…Recorded season-highs of 3:25.51 as
the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay at Arkansas State Invitational, 1:12.80
for 14th place in the 600-yard run at the Iowa State Classic, and
10:07.94 as third leg of distance medley relay that placed second and earned
All-Sun Belt honors at the Sun Belt Championships…Advanced to the finals of the
800 meters at the SBC Championships placing sixth in 1:55.49…Also recorded 800
meters time of 1:57.05 at the Arkansas State Invitational for second place.
2009 Cross Country Season: Helped the men’s team
to be ranked as high as No. 7 in the region…Recorded season-high times in the
8K at the Greater Louisville Classic in 27:32.89 and the 10K at the Chile
Pepper Festival in 33:51.18…Placed 23rd at the Arkansas Tech
Twilight with a time of 21:40.05 for the four-mile course helping the team
place first for the third-straight season…Placed 94th at the Brooks
Memphis Twilight with a time of 22:32.46 for the four-mile course.
2009 Outdoor Track Season: Recorded career-high
in the 800-meter run at the Ole Miss Invitational placing 13th in
1:53.88 ranking him fifth in the Sun Belt and ninth in UALR career
records...Recorded highest finish in the 800 meters at the Bison Invitational
winning the event in 1:59.71...Also recorded finish in the 800 meters at the
LSU Alumni Gold placing 11th in 1:59.03 and at the Sun Belt
Championships placing ninth in 1:54.67...Recorded career-high in the
1,500-meter run at the SBC Championships placing 11th in
4:03.21...Recorded highest finish in the 1,500 meters at the Bison Invitational
placing third in 4:08.34.
2009 Indoor Track Season: Second leg of the
distance medley relay team that placed second at the Sun Belt Championships in
10:11.38 ranking them second in the Sun Belt and fifth in UALR career
records...Recorded career-high in the 800-meter run at the prelims of the SBC
Championships placing sixth in 1:57.74 before placing eighth in 2:01.20 in the
finals...Recorded career-high in the mile at the Iowa State Classic placing 35th
in 4:25.57...Recorded highest finishes in the 800 meters at the Arkansas State
Kickoff Classic placing third in 1:59.59 and in the mile at the McDonald’s
Invitational placing 11th in 4:26.69...Also placing 12th
in the mile at the SBC Championships in 4:27.27 and third as a part of the
4x400-meter relay team at the McDonald’s Invitational in 3:24.80.

in the 8K at the UALR Open placing 22nd in 27:34.88 and helping the
men’s team to a first place finish...Recorded highest finish of 13th
at the Arkansas Tech Twilight recording a time of 21:30 for the four mile
course and helping the Trojans to a first place finish...Placed 24th
at the SLC Pre-Conference Meet in 29:25.00 for the 8K...Placed 57th
at the Sun Belt Conference Championships recording a time of 28:47.29 for the
8K and helping the team to a second place finish...Out of 238 runners, placed
67th in 27:59.66 at the Brooks Memphis Twilight 8K.
