2006 Indoor Track Season:  Competed at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing first in the 400 meters with a time of 48.39 ranking him third in UALR Indoor Track Records and seventh in the SBC.

2005 Outdoor Season:  Holds the UALR record in the 400 meters after recording a time of 46.79 at the Sun Belt Conference meet where he finished third...Posted his highest finish at the Indian Classic finishing second in the 400 meters with a time of 48.21...Competed in the 400 meters at the Mississippi Invitational where he placed 10th with a time of 47.63.

2004-05 Indoor Season:  Placed 14th at the Saluki Booster at Southern Illinois in the 200 meter dash in a time of 23.91...Ran on the 4x400 meter relay team at the Sun Belt Conference meet placing sixth with a time of 3:19.81.

High School: Lettered at North Little Rock High School...Won the Meet of Champs 400 meter race...Named to Who's Who Among American High School Athletes and Students...Graduated with honors.
