2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 49.98 at the Ole Miss Dual Meet ranking him ninth in UALR Top Ten Performances...Recorded season best in the 400 meter hurdles at the TCU Invitational with a time of 54.28...Recorded highest finish at the Sun Belt Conference Meet with a fifth place finish in a time of 54.85.

 

2006 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded personal best in the 600 yards at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 1:13.43 ranking him first in UALR Indoor Track Records...At same meet recorded a time of 22.83 in the 200 meters...Recorded highest finish in the 400 meters at the ASU Kickoff Klassic with an eighth place finish in 50.70...At the same meet, teamed with Ryan Garvin, Courtney Green, and Vladimir Findra for a first place finish in the Distance Medley Relay...Competed at the Saluki Booster placing 13^th in the 200 meters in 23.09...At the Sun Belt Conference Meet, placed 15^th and recorded season best in the 400 meters of 50.47...Teamed with Green, Garvin, and Jeremy Greenwood for an eighth placed finish in the 4x400 meter relay at the SBC Meet.

 

2005 Outdoor Season:  Set personal best of 53.94 in the 400 meter hurdles placing him second in UALR records...Finished fifth at the Sun Belt Conference tournament in the 400 meter hurdles with at time of 54.37...Competed in the Tulsa Duels where he finished 5th in the 400 meter hurdles in a time of 55.03...Recorded a time of 54.11 at the Mississippi Invitational by finishing eighth.

 

2004-05 Indoor Season: Member of the 4-by-400-meter relay team that placed sixth at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 3:19.81...Also ran on the distance medley relay team at the Sun Belt meet, finishing fourth in 10:31.08...At the Saluki Booster Invitational, finished sixth in the 800 meters in 1:59.39...Ran a 22.74 in the 200 meters at the Iowa State Classic and a 50.09 in the 400 meters...At the season-opening ASU Kick-off Klassic, placed 12th in the 400 meters in 50.44 and 19th in the 200 in 23.13.

 

2004 Cross Country Season: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

 

2004 Outdoor Season: Opened the season at LSU's Tiger Relays with a 15th-place finish in the 400 hurdles in 55.20...Placed second in the 400 at the Ted Lloyd Invitational at Harding with mark of 50.19...Finished 11th in the 800 at the Ole Miss Invitational in 2:02.36...At the Sun Belt Conference Championships, placed fifth in the 400 hurdles in 55.10..Teamed with James Lundberg, Jerome Phillips and Dmitry Shokur to finish eighth in the 4-x-400 relay at the Sun Belt meet in 3:23.66.

 

2003-04 Indoor Season: Placed eighth in the 800 meters at the Middle Tennessee Invitational with time of 1:59.83...Took 10th in the 400 meters at the Razorback Invitational with time of 51.06...Was also 21st in the 200 meters in 23.40 at the Razorback...Finished sixth in the 800 meters in 1:58.06 at the ASU Kickoff Klassic to open the season.

 

Prior to UALR: Last competed in June 2001 prior to 10-month stint in the Swedish Army and an eight-month detail with the United Nations in Kosovo...Personal best times include 11.29 in the 100 meters; 22.71 in the 200; 49.88 in the 400; 1:58.89 in the 800 and 54.23 in the 400 hurdles.
