2007 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase placing second at the Rhodes College Open in 9:36.11 ranking him sixth in UALR career records and in the Sun Belt...Placed fifth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Sun Belt Championships recording a time of 9:39.48...Recorded season best and highest finish in the 5,000 meter at the Ole Miss Invitational placing fifth in 15:03.78 ranking him sixth in UALR career records...Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the SBC Championships in 15:15.70...Recorded season best in the 1,500 meters at the Warhawk Classic placing fifth in 4:05.52.

2005 Cross Country Season:  Recorded personal best in the 10K at the Chile Pepper Invitational with a time of 33:23.9 ranking him 14^th on UALR Cross Country Records...Recorded his highest finish at the Memphis Twilight Cross Country Classic with an 18^th place finish in a time of 21:00.00 over four miles...Helped team to a first place finish at the UALR Open placed 28^th in 28:31.65...Recorded fastest time in the 8K at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 26:48.46 helping his team to a fifth place finish...Competed in the NCAA Division I South Central Regional with a time of 34:01.15 being the top Trojan finisher.
