2008 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded highest finish and season-best in the 800-meter run at the Arkansas State Invitational placing sixth in 2:02.94...Placed 16th in the 800 meters at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic recording a time of 2:06.30...Placed 11th in the mile at the Arkansas State Invitational with a time of 4:49.98...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll for academic excellence.

 

2007 Indoor and Outdoor Track Seasons:  Redshirted.

 

2006 Cross Country Season:  Redshirted. 

 

2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season best in the 800 meters at the Ole Miss Dual Meet recording a time of 1:56.64 while placing fourth...Recorded season best finishes at the Ted Lloyd Invitational placing third in 2:00.52 and third at the Arkansas State High Performance and Opportunity Meet in 1:58.81.

 

2006 Indoor Track Season:  Teamed with Niclas Hesselgren, Courtney Green, and Vladimir Findra in the Distande Medley Relay at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing first with a time of 10:41.83...Placed fifth at the ASU Kickoff Klassic in the mile with a time of 4:38.63...At the Saluki Booster, finished 14th in the 400 meters with a time of 52.68...Teamed with Hesselgren, Green, and Jeremy Greenwood at the Sun Belt Conference Meet in the 4x400 meters relay placing eighth in 3:22.07...Teamed with Green, Greenwood, and Peter Marston in the Distance Medley Relay at the SBC Meet placing sixth in 10:33.01 and ranking them seventh in UALR Indoor Track Records.

 

2005 Cross Country Season:  Was the top Trojan finisher with his highest finish of the season at 11th place at the SAU Cross Country Meet with a time of 30:13 for the 8K course...Recorded best time in the 8K at the UALR Open finishing 29th with a time of 28:34.97 and helping his team to a first place finish...Placed 18th at the ASU Cross Country Invitational in a time of 28:51.00...Competed in the Memphis Twilight Cross Country Classic with a time of 22:12.29  over four miles, the Chile Pepper Invitational in 34:43.5, and the Sun Belt Conference Championships recording a time of 28:19.97 and helping his team finish fifth.

 

2005 Outdoor Season:  Posted personal best in the 800 meters in a time of 1:57.13 at the Mississippi Invitational ranking him 12th in UALR outdoor records for the 800 meters...Posted season best finish at the Indian Classic finishing fourth in the 800 meters in a time of 1:58.25...Placed 17th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.31 at the Vanderbilt Track and Field Invitational...Ran the 1500 meters at two meets placing 22nd in a time of 4:16.14 at the Vanderbilt Track and Field Invitational and 21st in a time of 4:18.34 at the Tulsa Duels.

 

2004-05 Indoor Season: At the Saluki Booster Invitational, placed seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 2:01.08...Was a member of the 4-by-400 relay team that placed sixth at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in 3:19.81 and the distance relay squad that placed fourth in 10:31.08.

 

2004 Cross Country Season: Placed 60th at the Sun Belt Conference meet with a time of 30:36.4 in the 8,000-meter race...Was also 60th at the Saluki Invitational 8K in 27:57.13...Finished 27th at the 5,000-meter UALR Open with a time of 29:20...Opened the season with a 69th-place finish in the 4-mile Memphis Twilight Classic in 22:24.32.

 

2004 Outdoor Season: In limited action in first collegiate outdoor competition, placed 25th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:10.32 in the season-opening Tiger Relays at LSU...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for earning a grade point average between 3.5 and 4.0.

 

2003-04 Indoor Season: In only competition of the season, finished 10th in the mile at the Middle Tennessee Invitational with time of 4:32.66, a race in which five Trojan runners placed in the top 10.

 

2003 Cross Country Season: Placed 50th in the Sun Belt Conference Championships with time of 30:54.96 as team finished second...Finished 44th at the season-opening Memphis Twilight Classic in 22:51.90.

 

High School: Three-time all-state in track and two-time all-state in cross country... Member of 2000 AAAA indoor track state championship team...Holds school records in 1,600 meters and on record-holding 4-by-800 and 4-by-400 relay teams...Four time all-conference in track and all-conference in cross country twice...Graduated with honors and in the top 10 percent of graduating class.
