2015 Outdoor Season: Won the 3K at the Jim Mize Invitational (March 22), running the race in 8:31.44...Won the 1500 at the UALR Open (April 11), finishing in 4:01.35...Came in 10th in the 5K at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 17), finishing in 14:35.98...Ended his Trojan career with a 17th-place effort in the 10K at the Sun Belt Championship (May 10) with a time of 33:38.93...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher during the 2014-15 academic year.

2014-15 Indoor Season: Finished the 3K in 8:44.96 at the A-State Scarlet and Black Invite (Jan. 26)...Part of the winning DMR team at the A-State Invite (Jan. 31)...Placed second in the 5K at the same meet, running in 15:20.26...Ran 21st in the mile in 4:25.86 at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 18)...Part of the fifth-place DMR team at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23), helping score four points for Little Rock...Set a PR in the 5K by nine seconds at that meet as well, running 14:44.88 for eighth place and one more Little Rock point...That time also moved him to third all-time at Little Rock in the 5K.

2014 Cross Country Season: Concluded his Little Rock cross country career with an 83rd-place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional (Nov. 14)...Ran third among Trojans at that race with a time of 31:56.8 for a nine-second personal best...Took fourth among Little Rock runners at the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 2) with a time of 26:32.1 for 33rd overall...Placed fourth overall at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18), finishing in 25:22.23...Had a top-10 finish at the Rhodes Invitational (Sept. 27) by running 26:01.20 for seventh place overall...Took 11th place at the Memphis Twilight Invitational (Aug. 31) by running 20:36.55.

2013-14 Indoor Season: Took third in the 3K in 8:51.85 at the Arkansas State Kickoff (Dec. 2)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2013 Cross Country Season: Placed eighth overall and fourth among Trojan runners at the Gerald Richey Invite in Arlington, Texas, to open the year and help the team to an overall victory...Was 44th overall and the first Little Rock runner to cross the finish line at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville (Oct. 5)...Named the SBC Runner of the Week for his performace at the Chile Pepper Festival...Placed second overall at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 19) and first among Little Rock runners in the 8K race.

2013 Outdoor Season:  Earned six points for Little Rock with a sixth-place finish in both the 5,000m (14:58.21) and the 10,000m (32:24.16) at the Sun Belt Championships… Finished 17th with the fifth-fastest time in school history in the 5,000m, crossing the line in 14:42.33 at the Mount Sac Relays (April 19)… Best individual finish was second in the 5,000m with a time of 14:49.50 at the UCA Open (March 30)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Honor Roll for maintaining a GPA between 3.0 and 3.49.

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Ran the 5,000m in 14:53.84, the sixth-fastest time in Little Rock  Indoor history, to finish fourth for five points at the SBC Championships (Feb. 24)… Was a member of the distance medley relay team that finished third for six points with a time of 10:17.01 at the SBC Championships… Turned in the 10th-fastest indoor time in school history, finishing second with a mark of 8:37.78 at the MTSU Valentine Invite (Feb. 9).

2012 Cross Country Season:  Finished 13th with a time of 25:57.1 in the 8K to finish Third Team All-Conference at the SBC Championships (Oct. 27)… Finished 35th in the 8K with a season-best time of 25:40.23 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 29)… Ran a season-best 32:36.4 in the 10K to finish 76th at the Chili Pepper Festival (Oct. 13)… Finished seventh in the 5K with a time of 15:47.84 at the UALR Invite (Sept. 7).

2012 Outdoor Track Season: Recorded a 10th-place finish in 4:05.43 in the 1,500-meter run at the Hendrix Invitational ... Placed fifth in 15:21.72 in the 5,000 meters at the Rhodes College Open ... Placed tenth in 15:06.23 in the 5,000-meter run at the Ole Miss Invitational ... Placed fourth in 15:03.73 in the 5,000-meter run at the UCA Open, running the 10th-fastest time in school history ... Finished sixth in 31:57.11, good enough for eighth-best on the school's all-time list,  in the 10,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships.

2012 Indoor Track Season: Placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run in 15:34.36 at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic ... Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:51.89 at the ASU Invitational ... Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter run in 8:46.17 at the MTSU Invitational ... Placed ninth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:41.26 and finished in eighth place in 15:13.86 at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country Season: Recorded a time of 26:06.04 at the UALR Invitational.

Cowley College:  Earned Coaches Association All-American honors in cross country and track and field while leading the cross country team to the National Champion title at Cowley College...Recorded career bests of 26:13 in cross country, 9:02 in the 3,000-meter run, and 15:25 in the 5,000-meter run.

Before Little Rock: Helped lead Oklahoma Bible Academy to the state title in cross country his freshman, junior and senior seasons...A three-time all-state honoree in cross country, finished as state runner-up as a senior...Finished state-runner up his senior season in the 3,200-meter run...Recorded personal bests of 16:21 for cross country, 2:01 in the 800-meter run, 4:40 in the 1,600-meter run, and 9:56 in the 3,200-meter run.
